Not well at all. Couldn't schedule them to come to the house for an estimate.

They did a wonderful job for me. Installation of the vanity was a problem because there are baseboard heaters all around the room. They had to cut out a section of the vanity that backed up to the wall. They also had to make special cuts to accommodate the plumbing. They knew how to address any problem that came up. I am so happy with the way my new bathroom looks (6 months later I am still happy) I have used this company three or four times in the past and have always been pleased. They are skillful in so many areas. In addition, they are prompt and very courteous. They finished the work on schedule and within budget. I would ;highly recommend them. I am sorry that it took me so long after the work was done to write this review - should have done it right away!

Scheduling was bit of a challenge in the beginning but once the appointment was made, the workers showed up on time and got right to work. They were able to complete 90% of my list before time ran out. They were very professional, courteous, and did a good job. I would use this company again.

It went very well! The handyman was at my house at 8:00 a.m. sharp, as scheduled, and handled all of the projects with extreme professionalism, efficiency, and pleasantness.I was extremely pleased.

We contacted Handyman At Your Command about some work that we wanted done in the crawl space that runs under the back portion of our house. We were initially contacted by someone who simply asked for where our home was located to which we replied that our home was located in Dundalk. We then received a reply from another representative of this company that replied that they did not service our area despite the fact that the information on Angie's List indicates that they service the "Entire Area" and that there were four reviews posted by other Angie's List members who used their services within 5 miles of our home. It would seem that this company should ask that there information on Angie's List be updated to appropriately match the areas that they are willing to service.

It went well. The repair showed up early and resolved the issue very quickly. He was very professional and courteous.

As always, Handyman at Your Command did an excellent job. I have used this company several times in the past and each time is a wonderful experience. The owner always makes an appearance to make sure the work has been done to my satisfaction. I always get a call from one of the owners to let me know the time, the description of the work, and the price. There is no cleanup for me because they do it all. I have recommended this company to several of my neighbors. Since I had some deck planks removed, I was informed that the wood had to cure some before painting. I am not sure I would have heard that from every company. They even came on a Sunday to get my deck painted before the cold weather set in.

All in all, my experience with HAYC was hassle-free and professional. Jose did an excellent job generating on-the-spot solutions, and was very efficient in doing the work. I will hire them again.

One guy came and he was there two or three hours. He arrived on time and was professional. He did a good job got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. He left the area clean and I was pleased with the work did.

They did three jobs at once. They spent about 8 hours doing the job. The quality of work was good. I thought that the price was high but they knocked an hour off for.

The company has been great to work with so far. We had an incident with a car hitting our front steps and it did damage to some of the trim around the door. Tracey at Handyman at Your Command allowed us to send pictures of the damage and get a high level estimate for repairs to submit tot he insurance company. We had asked a few other companies for an estimate before reaching out to Handyman at Your Command and no other company was willing to do an estimate, they would only change the hourly rate (upwards of $90/hr) to come out and begin work. We needed an estimate for the insurance company prior to beginning work, so that option wasn't feasible. We have not yet had the work done, but are very grateful for Handyman working with us and being so flexible so far! Thanks!

It went well. He was very responsive and set up an appointment right away. He was on time, he seems very punctual and he's willing to be on the schedule.

This was such a positive experience. They accommodated my ever changing workschedule and were always on time. Both jobs were performed and everything looked great. I had asked about an additional third job, but the serviceman said he did not have the qualifications. This impressed me and showed nice integrity. I highly recommend their services.

They did a wonderful job repairing and painting several rooms in my home. Tracy was great.

I had Handyman at Your Command come out and install and paint some custom drywall panels I purchased on line. They were great, the covered my floors and protected all of my furniture. The panels turned out great and they were done a lot quicker that I had anticipated.

Took a while to get them here but after that was just great.

This was the second time we used Handyman at Your Command. The first time we had a good experience so we called them back a second time and we were disappointed. We had a water pipe burst in our home which caused some damage. We had other contractors repair most of the damage and we needed Handyman at your command to finish up with cosmetic repairs. Handyman At your Command did not show with the materials that they said they would have when we spoke on the phone before the job. So they had to run out and purchase additional materials and waste more time. Since Handyman At Your Command charges by the hour I was not happy. Handyman hung the drywall but did not complete the sanding and drying process, thus unable to paint which left the job incomplete They requested to come back another day, thus billing me for more time to finish up the job they said would be done on the scheduled day of their repairs. We tried to talk with management but they were not helpful. They still wanted us to pay for another day of work that shouldn't have been in the first place. So we called another company to come and finish the job we paid Handyman at Your Command to do. Time and money wasted!
