I had a smaller job that was a bit out of the normal vent install. (Roof mounted Range Hood Blower) I had been told it was too small, too complicated by others. Catherine from Forrest & Son came out to give me an estimate and really listened to what i needed to have done. When they came out to do the job, the installer took the time to make sure he could complete the job in the manner I wanted. It turned out to be a rather complicated install. Catherine came out to make sure everything was going how I wanted. The attention to detail was incredible! It turned out perfect! Catherine stopped by when it was completed to make sure I was happy with the install. It is so great to find an old fashion company that knows what customer service is, and delivers it! Great Job!

Not knowing anything about roofing, I was hesitant during my search for a roof repair/maintenance company. Forrest and Son did a great job explaining what needed to be done and worked well with me on pricing. They had to change my appointment time/day and reached out to me to confirm whether the new schedule would work. The crew was very through and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. I needed tiles replaced with a short notice due to closing dates. They were able to give an accurate quote over the phone and then complete the work within 24 hours. Very accommodating on such short notice.

Their response to my request for a quote was very quick, they came when they said they would and were very thorough with the inspection and the explanation of what they found and what the repairs would entail. When additional damage was found, which could only have been seen after the damaged tiles were removed, Henry contacted me immediately to explain the situation and to see what I wanted to do. The roofer doing the work waited for a decision so that the work could be completed the same day. The quotes were fair, communication throughout was great, clean-up was very well done and the project was completed a day ahead of the projected date. Forrest and Son is very professional, has a great staff and I would recommend them highly.

We asked Henry to grind out breaks and cracks in mortar in our stone porch and walkways. Work was excellent and his crew great to work with during repair. Everyone keeps you advised on work and updates you on status of project. Highly recommend the group.

Forrest and Son were great. They came when they said they would, cleaned up afterward and were pleasant to deal with. Even when the damage was far beyond what they initially estimated, they did the repairs without increasing their bid. They also have a great warranty. I would use them again.

Henry projected to start the roof repair later in the week but called me to move up so they could fix before the storm hit on Tuesday. He came out and fixed the roof plus sent me photos before and after completion. I highly recommend!

Salesman said they were finishing a job but should be at our residence to start work on following morning. Next morning salesman showed up and said the current job had expanded to include a rear roof area that owner w@nted repaired as well. The crew got to our place a day later than planned but they immediately began the repairs and were finished by end of day. Job required three sheets of plywood to be replaced and tiles to be repositioned after tarpaper had been laid. I saw the plywood that was removed and it definitely needed to be replaced. The company owner came one day later and showed me pictures of what had been removed and what was acceptable to be left. We are very satisfied with the response and the work done.
