He was a bit pushy, lowering his fee as I hesitated to hire. I have little expertise to judge the quality of work but it seemed good. It seems that the cost was high for the small corner of the repair, but the prompt work was worth it.

Henry was quick to get us scheduled and finished before the big rain. His crew took before and after pictures of work in progress. They were courteous and on time.

They were very prompt in their initial response. The owner, Mr. Forrest, was very easy to work with and very professional.

A pleasure to work with! We had one single tile that had fallen off the corner of the roof and needed it repaired. When they ran a little behind the day of appointment, Catherine called well in advance to let me know that they would be 15 mins late. How great is that! Upon inspection of the site, they noticed some underlying problem that should be addressed at some point. I was not financially able to address at this point in time, and rather than pressure me into it as many companies do, they went ahead and did just what I needed for now which was primarily cosmetic. I will DEFINITELY use them down the road to complete the larger repair.

The company showed up on time, completed the work within the scheduled time. They were responsive to requests, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing the home improvement services that they offer.

I'm never happy with the price for home improvement contractors, but the work looks great. They provided photos of the work in progress so that I could see they did everything correctly, and they did everything specified in the contract - plus more. I would definitely hire them again (although I hope I never have to).

We highly recommend Henry Forrest. He did an outstanding job and we couldn't be happier with the final results. He repaired a brick retaining wall on our property -- several bricks were missing and damaged, grout needed to be repaired, and the entire wall needed to be cleaned. We had a very small window of time in which to complete the project, and he was able to accommodate our tight timelines. Also, our property is almost 80 years old so matching the brick was no easy task but he was able to match the brick so it isn't obvious which bricks were replaced. Henry's communication throughout the process was outstanding. He and his crew arrived on time and completed the job exactly as promised. We would use Henry Forrest again for any type of home project.

Great company to work with they got the job done quick! There was a small issue with the work but they were quick to fix it and make everything right. Great company!

My concerns with my house were problems with the roof, siding, gutter and brick work all related to water issues. Mr. Forrest, with many years of experience in the general contracting business educated me about them, their causes and the multiple solutions that would be required to correct them. With lots of questions, Mr. Forrest was very patient in answering them. His excellent crew worked seven days to fix all of the problems. They were professional, polite and did a masterful job. Clean- up was amazing with no debris or trash left anywhere. I highly recommend Mr. Forrest for any general contracting needs. His professionalism, integrity and honesty are first rate! Outstanding service was provided to me, and I sincerely appreciate it.

I had two houses that needed roof repairs, Of course, both houses ended up costing more because they found more issues once they started but they still finished them both in one day.

A very good local company to use!! Are very good on communicating what s going on and showed pictures of the issues before and after. I m very happy with there work! James responded to my request for help with our aluminum siding within hours (on a Sunday!). James came by on Monday morning to see our house and provided us with clear explanations which allowed us to make better and cheaper decisions for our renovation project. James and his team cleaned, repaired and repainted our siding within days (only slightly slowed down by the extreme heat) and we were very happy with the results. We will hire them again.

Henry is a fine person and does his very best to provide first rate service.

Quality work at a fair price.

They came out for the quote for a roof leak. From work I ve had done by another company it was a fair quote. They called the day before to say the time when would be out to do the work. They were here within 10 minutes of their quoted time. Once they got up on the roof, they noticed multiple cracked tiles during the repair. The site manager went to buy replacement tiles to be installed at no extra charge. They were very courteous and pleasant to work with.

Good quality work. Had some delays with scheduling, but since it was a small, non-urgent project I did not mind. Would hire again for sure.
