H Forrest Contracting

I recently used Forrest & Son Contracting (Roofing Repair) to repair my roof. The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! I am grateful for their many years of experience in the east valley.

They showed up when they said they would and got the original problem taken care of and when additional issues came up they stayed past hours and days to get it all done.

The job was done very. Professionaly.l, they were on time and very neat. Henry Forrest is a man of his word and puts his warranty in writing. I highly recommended Forrest & Sons for any and all roofing needs.

The workers were always on time, told us step by step what they were going to do and did exactly what they said. Our home is over fifty years old and there was lots of brick work to be done. They worked non-stop for 2 days and completed everything. Thank God for excellent workers like that. Now days you don't get workers who do what they say they're going to do, but these guys did.

Henry is also a general contractor, so he is preparing quotes for some additional work. Workers were punctual, they were respectful of the property, workmanship looked good, they succeeded in matching some 40 year old brick work so that you can't see where it was patched.

I purchased a great older home with Clay broken roof plates pointed out by the Home Inspector, Henry pointed out other items on the roof which should be attended to for the integrity of the roof. The job was completed in 3 days from the time Forrest Roofing Company was contacted. Thank You Henry and your experienced hard roofer workers, This was very important to our family. Greg R.

Was very pleased with the work done by H Forrest. We had a leak in our rooftop terrace that was causing water damage in the room below that required replacement of plywood and a new roof lining. They came out right away to assess and even came out and put a tarp down to prevent more damage before they could come out to fix it. They were very professional, responsive, and thorough. Would absolutely recommend.

They did exceptional work on a very hot day. Additional tiles were found to be replaced which they did at no cost.

Regardless of what is written on the bottom of the contract do not make checks payable to other than the company listed on the proposal using the ROC number.

Immediate response to our request for some minor repairs. Arrived as planned to inspect and give us a quote. Once we accepted the quote, we were able to get the work scheduled and completed within 48 hrs. Took before and after photos to verify repairs without actually going up on the roof. Very professional and polite company to deal with and excellent at communicating arrival times.
