Description of Work: We had water back up in the main drain of our house, the basement toilet and basement sink. We only discovered this when we noticed that the carpet in the basement was wet. Because this happened on a Saturday, we called 5 - 6 plumbers, got their answering service and were waiting on a call back from them. We finally talked to a plumber who was on our way to our house, when Mark from Ellicott City Plumbing called us back. I told him the problem and he immediately asked if I had called Baltimore County first. I told him no and he gave me Baltimore County's number stating that any good plumber should have recommended that we do that first. I called Baltimore County, they came out within 15 minutes and our problem was solved in an hour and a half. Baltimore County said 99.9% of the time, the problem we were having was something they fixed for FREE. Mark's honesty is commendable. He saved us so much money. Ellicott City Plumbing has definitely won our business should we need a plumber in the future and I will recommend him to friends and family as well.

+ -1 moreHe was very accommodating to my urgency. I called and left a message and he came out at 7 o'clock on a saturday evening. I was having a Halloween party and it was freezing.
Description of Work: They gave us a consultation and drained my expansion tank. They checked the furnace and the radiators.
