His family has many years experience in real estate and it shows.There was never a doubt that Dave was working on our behalf and he never tried to pressure us into submitting a contract. At settlement, David and his dad provided excellent advise regarding the rent-back agreement and how to conduct the process. This was critical since the buyer's agent had much less experience at rent back agreements. Can't recommend highly enough!

+ -1 moreHe did not waste our time if he made an appointment with you he kept it and did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it.
Description of Work: Agent helped sell our old house and buy a new one in January of 2006. David was great to work with. He took the time to show my wife and I several houses, at least a dozen, before we found just the right one. When it came to selling our old house he was great. He was a big help in the negotiations with the buyer who wanted to change the terms of the contract after he had already signed it.
