They did a great job! The shake roof on my house have reached the end so after consulting with Mr. Normile, he gave me some great advice on replacing it with an Eco star artificial slate product. They did a great job on my house, I even had them take care of some other projects that I’ve been meaning to do, but just did not get around to like my chimney and seal coating the driveway after they cleaned up from the roofing project. I would highly recommend them to anybody, very knowledgeable, very neat and on time every day.

It didn't! I emailed the vendor from their webpage because it was the weekend and outlined the work to be completed and gave them my contact information but they have failed to respond in any way, shape or form to date. I have NOT received any kind of response from them!!

WOW! such great service. Came immediately to do my quote. When I decided to hire them they said they had 4 trucks in the area that day and could do it immediately. They were very neat with their work and shielded the foundation, siding, doors etc. They sprayed a perfect coating very evenly across the driveway. It came looking like brand new. They taped off my driveway. The crew were all very polite and respectful. I will definately be hiring them everytime from here on.

Chris Normile and his crew just did a great job putting on the seal coat at our driveway and parking area in North Yarmouth yesterday afternoon. I looked it over carefully and they did an excellent job. They were here on time and started out by not only thoroughly sweeping and preparing the driveway surface but also brought a powered edger and went around the entire perimeter to expose the edges of the existing asphalt. The pavement on our asphalt was particularly dry since it had only been sealed with a water-based sealer once in the last 8 years so it was on the brink of developing serious fractures. Prior to beginning the actual sealing, they gave special attention to those areas that appeared to be most distressed. Afterward they put on plenty of the asphalt sealcoating and now it looks great. They also put sealer on the edges of the asphalt at the perimeter. Prior to hiring them I looked up the benefits of using an asphalt base sealer rather than water base and the list of benefits is very long. In particular it penetrates down deep and not only helps bind the asphalt together down deep but it also makes it more flexible to resist fractures in the future. It's able to do all this because it's real asphalt material and not just water. What really surprised me is that afterward there was little to no odor.That was one of the things that I appreciated since we have neighbors nearby. Overall, it was an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his crew and we look forward to working with them again.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job, I had some leaks caused by a big snow storm in January That also took off some of my siding. I called three other company's, Mr. Normiles estimate was Not the cheapest but offered me the best value for what I needed. When work started they showed up on time and cleaned things up at the end of the day, taking good Care of my landscaping and driveway. Mr. Normiles was knowledgable and polite, very helpful I would recommend him and use his services again.

They were on time, worked well with no disturbance and cleaned up the work area well. They came back promptly to review the completed work with me.

We are a small property management firm and used Chris several times prior to this job. He completed our registration paperwork including a W-9 and form with questions regarding license and insurance. He responded quickly when called about a job and got the job done quickly. He always provided a written estimate on his letterhead and required 50% up front. He also demanded payment immediately after finishing his job. We work with other small contractors who are on a cash basis, so this did not raise any flags. When we had a leak after his work, we attempted to reach him multiple times per week over the course of at 4-6 weeks. We never got calls back. When calling him from numbers he did not recognize he sometimes answered. We told him how unsatisfied we were and that another roofer had criticized his workmanship. Rather than having any concern for his reputation or standing behind his work, he told us he "could not keep going out to that property ". He failed to live up to his superior warranty terms. As a matter of fact, we found out later there are several postings online of his failure to honor his warranty. We had to get another roofer to fix his poor workmanship and will be billing him. I hope to enter the arbitration process with Angies List to get him to pay for repairs to his work and the costs to repair the inside ceiling and drywall a second time.

Overall experience has been terrible. At least three separate leaks within the first three years. Has not responded to repeated phone calls or letters, nor obviously made good on warranty, to last two leaks that have caused significant damage to ceiling and walls.

I WAS NOT TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK OR WITH THE RESPONSE BY THE CONTRACTOR WHEN PROBLEMS OCCURED. AFTER THE ROOFING JOB WAS COMPLETED, IT RAIN SEVERAL DAYS LATER. I HAD SEVERL LEAKS. I CALLED THE CONTRACTOR AND HE WAS SLOW TO RESPONE. AFTER THE FIRST LEAK WAS REPAIRED I HAD SEVERAL MORE PROBLEMS WITH LEAKS, ALL IN THE SAME AREAS.
