.Very good experience. Two workmen arrived on time and very effectively taped up plastic sheets over all of the doorways to keep dust from spreading through the house. The sanding went quickly and the dust was very completely sucked up -- hardly a particle of sawdust was visible anywhere. Three coats of water-base polyurethane were carefully applied. The end result is beautiful They did a terrific job and completed the work in one day as promised.

BR Flooring did a great job refinishing our hardwood floors. We just bought a new house with years of scratches and stains. Wesley and his team gave us an honest quote (that they stuck to) and performed the job quickly and efficiently. We had about 760 square feet of hard wood floors in 4 rooms and a hallway - took BR Flooring 2 days for the job. I highly recommend BR Flooring.

Picked this company for the reviews and they did not disappoint. Did excellent work in replacing our old carpet with bamboo on the third floor of our house (we chose bamboo for its durability, because it's an area where people would be coming in and out from a roof deck). Wesley came out for an in-home estimate and actually came out with samples a second time because one of us wasn't home when he initially visited. Based on research I did the price seemed fair - not particularly cheap but I don't believe I was overcharged based on the products we picked, and I was happy to pay the estimate price for in exchange for reliable serbice. We were able to schedule the service on very short notice and they did an excellent job (and cleaned up well). They did have to come back a second day because apparently some of the wood they had purchased was damaged in some way and they came up just a few pieces short for one of the closets - I consider this a positive, because this wasn't really their fault and another service provider may have just used the wood anyway in an effort to finish up on time, especially since it was just in a closet and I may not have even noticed. They returned for that the very next business day that we were available and finished up the job. I'd gladly use these guys again or recommend them to a friend.

They did an amazing job! Since the refinishing was the entire first floor, the stairway and second floor hallway we had to leave the house so we went away on a week's vacation. We came back to beautiful floors. The only thing that had not been replaced were area rugs that had to be kept off the floor for awhile to allow the poly to completely cure - but they came back after that to put these area rugs down. They also made repairs in areas that had issues, around a fireplace and in a powder room, correcting the original installers mistakes. Would definitely use this company again. The owners are very engaged in the job and ensure the highest quality.

Repaired pre-finished hardwood flooring in family room that had buckled from the sub-flooring. Did a good job using the left over wood planking.

Floors looked great. They were quick to it, which was helpful since we wanted to move in to the home. My only complaint is that there is a spot near the radiator that you can tell where they scraped versus sanded the area. It will have a radiator cover, so that's minimal. Is that even a complaint? No! That just goes to show what a good job they did. It took them four days because one day they let the floors breathe because they had been under carpet so long. Wesley was great. He's Brazilian and very thorough. The workers were very nice, they always gave me thumbs ups whenever I walked in the house. Be sure to wear a mask when you walk in. I made that mistake. I have photos, i think they speak for themselves the floors look FANTASTIC. Bravo. 10% discount for Angie's list didn't hurt either!

BR is FANTASTIC! Wesley was so flexible with me- I had to change dates due to contractors coming in and also changed the job type from refinishing to polishing. They were dependable, easy to work with and did beautiful work. They seem abundantly honest and are a terrific company. I am using them again for a new addition soon.

These guys did a great job of refinishing the floors on the second floor of our house. Just before they were scheduled to start, we asked if they could put oak boards down in a closet that had a pretty rough old floor. They managed to accommodate our request for a very reasonable price. They were professional and hard working, and we are very happy with how the work turned out. The floors look great.

Floors were sanded (they were in horrible condition… Had old glue and paint and other stuff on them), then he applied a natural color to the floor. He did a beautiful job.

Great communication. Workers were neat and quick. Highly recommended.

Wesley and his crew showed up within the timeframe he suggested for both the estimate and the start date. On the start date he also took the time to show me several color options on the floors themselves, which helped us tremendously in determining the right stain color. The work was done within 2 days, the crew left the rooms spotless, and most importantly the refinished floors look great.

It was okay. The flooring is okay. I thought it should be more shiny but maybe it was my misunderstanding. They were prompt and on time. They did sand and finish it but I thought it should look like my floor on my second floor and it was just more shine to it. They would come back but it would not have not been a whole day thing. I think I should have them come back. But it was not a bad job. I paid more than the $300 deal. I thought it was a great deal. It was not just them, they give you a small amount for the deal and then when they come out they explain more things that are additional. I don't have a comparison with price but I am sure it was a fair price. They were very responsive. They were very punctual.

Wesley and his crews were awesome. We don't just shop for the best price, but we got 3 quotes. Not only was BR the best price, but the quote included so much more than the others, and Wesley just gave us a good "vibe" when we met the first time-he just seemed trustworthy and attentive. He did everything he said he would do. The crews were right on time each day, Wesley was very responsive any time I needed to talk to him, and they worked super fast! There was one problem that occurred and Wesley did not even mention the remaining payment until we were completely satisfied with the outcome (this was an unforeseen issue that he worked extremely hard at finding the right person to fix). I have recommended them to another friend who was also very pleased with the refinishing of their floors. We will absolutely use them on our next project.

After reading the reviews, I thought that BR would be a good choice for a service provider for hardwood installation. The provider arrived at my home on time as agreed. He took measurements and provided me with a list of materials that I would need for the installation of hardwood floors. He took my contact information and told me that he would email me the exact list of materials along with an estimate. Two weeks later, I still have not heard from him. This is very poor form and even if they contacted me today, I still would not choose this service provider. If they cannot complete a simple follow up, I doubt that their workmanship would be up to standards.

Wesley is highly professional and wonderful to work with. He went the extra mile by searching in two different locations for replacement pieces which matched the existing wood and did such an excellent job that you can't distinguish them from the original. His price was very fair -- I was expecting to pay much more. My solid oak furniture is quite heavy to manage but his crew did a fine job moving it around. without marring the finished floorThey are all very personable and, again, wonderful to work with. I can't say enough about these guys.

After rescheduling twice because of weather, the crew finally arrived for the job during the window they had said. They sealed all doorways and protected furniture with plastic to prevent the dust from migrating through the whole house. Over two days, they sanded and applied finish to all hardwood floors. The only comment I would have was that there was a bit of language barrier with the workers when the supervisor/manager left, but he did leave his number/business card in case I needed to talk to him. He always answered his phone and communication, as a whole, was very good.

They were very professional,Polite and punctual throughout the process. The floors are beautiful and they were able to work with 60 year old floors and match them to floors in our new addition. Very happy with result, would highly recommend.

It went ok. There was a problem with some ares of the floor in the bedroom coming out lighter than others. I was told that due to different wood used in those areas. Worker had to stain area to get it closer to the color of other areas.

They did a great job. They were in and out quickly. They came out about a week after we scheduled it. They paid attention to detail. They were personable. The service was great. The job lead came out in the morning and checked in with me a couple of times to make sure that everything was going OK, at the end of the day he followed up to make sure the floor was up to our liking.

The installation went very well overall and I would recommend using BR Flooring. They were polite and they performed very well. The price was exactly as estimated, however they did need more time to complete the job than was originally estimated (2.5 days actual vs 2 days estimated). The additional time was due to the extra effort expended to remove the glued down floor, so I was not surprised that they needed the extra time. They came back the next day and finished the job as I requested. The floors look great and I am very pleased with the installation.

They helped us pick a color that complimented our updated home as well as something that would look nice in a high traffic area. Wesley was extremely friendly and helpful and the work crew was very efficient. The job progressed quickly and BR Flooring was also able to oblige to our request to have more work done at the last minute.

I had a small job for a wood repair. Most wood flooring companies did not want to even come out. Wesley from BR Flooring did come and could not have been nicer. He was courteous helpful and fixed the problem. He has many years of experience and I highly recommend his company.

On the date we had scheduled, they did not show up. There were some issues with their transportaton, they called as they were on their way and they said they could not make it and they would follow up with me. They never did.

My experience turned out great. They did a nice job. I had a coloring issue and they came back and addressed the issue at no additional cost. They have good follow through.

If I could give this company a rating higher than an "A", I would! My hardwoods are breathtakingly beautiful and the new vinyl flooring in my basement looks fantastic! BR Flooring knows hardwood refinishing inside and out. They are up-to-date of the latest techniques and protective products available. I had a particular problem with dogs who have "accidents", and BR Flooring consulted with their experts as a team to determine the best refinishing product to use and how many coats were required to fully protect my hardwoods. We almost went with a friend to do the job. He was going to use a refinishing product that was outdated. He also was going to treat the squeaks in our flooring by hammering in more nails. BR Flooring said that would only worsen the problems since the new nails would loosen up eventually creating even more squeaks. They solved the problem by going into the basement and tightening the joists under the flooring. BR Flooring was tremendously responsive and worked closely with us to meet our deadline prior to our move into our new house. I would recommend BR Flooring to anybody. Brothers Wesley and Marcos are very professional and great to work with. They are personable and patient. Marcos came over on our moving day to help us place pads on our furniture so our newly refinished floors wouldn't get damaged. You can't ask for better service than that! Don't retain another flooring company. Go with BR Flooring. You won't be disappointed!
