Baseline Home Inspections

The inspection was amazing. Vernon was extremely thorough, and took the time to cover every square inch of our 4,000+ Sq. Ft. Home. He did not rush through the process, and took the time to explain everything to my husband and I. This was our second home inspection and by every measure, far superior to the one we had done previously with another company. My real estate agent was amazed at the time he took to thoroughly examine each room. She was upset initially that he would not be completed within 2 hours (year right) but after she saw his detailed report documenting everything from the electrical panel not being properly installed, to the small issues of a knob missing, she quickly changed her opinion and stated she never seen a home inspector so focused on the minutia. Vernon even waited an additional hour for the termite inspector who was stuck in traffic. This was after he had completed his inspection and patiently waited with my husband and I instead of heading back to Germantown (the home inspected was in Clinton.) I can not praise Vernon enough. He has the most amazing temperament and was very patient with my constant interruptions to his inspection to address the minor things I noticed (that he already had documented). I was so curious of the feedback on Angie's list and when I saw there were no comments, I immediately decided to comment to highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a quality and detail focused home inspector. His price was in reason with every other company contacted, had the inspection report completed and sent to my real estate team within a day. My home was actually $100 more than the normal inspection only because it was a larger home and took a very long time to inspect. If a home was under 2500 SqFt, it would have only been $395. This was also in reason with every other company I contacted. If you are in need of a great inspector, I highly recommend Vernon and you will not be disappointed. I cannot thank him enough and am so happy he is also doing my re-inspection to ensure the work that was noted has been inspected.
