The gentlemen showed up right on time. The work was done as prescribed. The door is much quieter, the seal is better, and the light on the motor now works. These guys did a fantastic job and would definitely hire them again.

Before I made an appointment, I contacted the company through Angie's list to ask some questions. They were very responsive and in the end I chose to schedule a day and time so they could take a look at what I would need. The guy showed up well within our agreed window. He explained to me what he could do, gave me a price, and I agreed. Within about an hour and a half he had finished the job, explained how everything worked, set up the keypad, and given me the paperwork. It couldn't have gone better. Really professional company.

My garage door was loud and occasionally gets stuck halfway open. Mike called immediately after purchase and scheduled an appointment that fit my availability. 2 days later Alex from Automatic Doorz came. He called first to tell me he was on his way, which I appreciated. He performed the tune-up and educated me on my opener. My garage door now runs smoother and quieter and no longer sticks. I am extremely happy with the service from Automatic Doorz and will be using them in the future for all my garage door needs!!!

Next time I will purchase the opener through the company though. I purchased a low-end model from Home Depot and Automatic Doorz could have provided a better model for a comparable price.

Went very well. A couple of cosmetic pieces were missing from the manufacturer that took awhile to get back in which that is why I marked the responsiveness down a notch as I found myself calling to get a status. Everything else went extremely well. Installers were very respectful, answered any questions we had and cleaned up after the job. Would absolutely recommend!

Chris was awesome. Called 30 min.s before he arrived, explained what had happened, suggested a way forward which I understood and agreed too. He had everything he needed in his vehicle and was done in about thirty min.s I had someone else repair the garage door about 14 months prior and it had not worked properly since, I glad I called Automatic Doorz.

Garage door broke Wednesday and Automatic Doorz arrived promptly Thursday morning. I sent photos of the mechanism so he knew exactly what to bring. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and was completed in less than 90 minutes. He completly replaced the garage door opener and springs with an excellent model and our garage is the quietest its ever been. Thank you. I highly recommend.

I bought a tuneup for my garage door. The night before the tech was scheduled to arrive, there was a load twang and one of the cables broke. When the tech arrived he was not phased by the busted cable. He explained what it would cost to do the repair and that I could apply the price of the tuneup coupon. He had the parts on the truck so I agreed to proceed. He did an excellent job of replacing most of the moving parts and adjusting everything. Great job!

Door quickly fixed and service was timely. $25 more than advertised price because I had taller garage doors. Not sure why that was pertinent when all that needed a replacement was a spring, but the change in price was not worth arguing about. Would hire this company again.

Service was done on the next day (Saturday). Door is performing better than before now. I cannot really speak to the price because I have not had this kind of work done before but I thought the charge was fair for the response and good service.
