Great! The installer called beforehand, and arrived on time. Very detailed in his explanation of work to be performed, and afterwards about the installation. Courteous and professional, would absolutely hire again. Highest recommendations.

Door tune up and fixed the door sensor position. The door is now much more quite and smooth to operate.

Everything went perfectly, from Mike's estimating, working with our Architectural Committee requirements, to the actual installation by Chris. I would highly recommend them. They are a very professional company.

Chris called as promised and arrived shortly thereafter. He was very personable and professional and diagnosed the problem right away. After about 15 minutes of lubing the hinges, rollers and track the opener ran like new! I was grateful it was done so quickly as it was only 18 degrees outside! Thanks Chris.

Starting with a lengthy conversation about what was needed with Mike on the phone to Chris, the technician, who installed a new garage door opener my experiences with Automatic Doorz were extremely positive. Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable and gave good explanations of the work being done. I will certainly recommend them to others with confidence.

Excellent. Danny was polite, courteous, professional, and completed everything in about an hour. Danny replaced the cables, springs, pulleys, and ensured everything was working smoothly after the fact. My garage door is about 25 years old and has seen better days, but after Danny completed the work, it was much smoother and a bit less noisy in opening and closing. Very happy customer here. I would not hesitate to recommend Automatic Doorz to others and they will be my first phone call for any future garage door related needs.

Good. They were able to accommodate our schedule, garage door color, and size (single door). They took the old one away too. The new one has far quieter rollers. When they ordered the door, there was a slight mix-up in ordering a panel with windows (vs no windows). Also, they noticed a slight dimple on another panel; which they had special ordered and replaced. They waived the need to pay during the initial install. Instead, they said we could square up when they came back and replaced the two panels. Finally, they let us keep the extra panels as spares. They took care of us in a total class-act fashion.

Chris came to the house on-time and we discussed the problem. We tried to recreate the problem where the door stops multiple times upon opening and closing as was the case over the past week. However, the door was not cooperating and finally after about 5 minutes, it stopped upon closing. At first Chris thought is was something in the motor and a new unit was needed. But then he said that the outlet might be causing the problem, but this is rare. In any event, he ran an extension cord to another outlet to bypass the one suspected of the problem. He further indicated that my opener should perform far longer than 6 years. He said there would be no charge for his visit, but to let him know if the problem persists. Well, so far, the door is working normal without issue. So I'm going to give it another week or so, but perhaps all that is needed is a new outlet, not a new opener. I was very surprised there was no charge for the visit and that instead of just installing a new opener, another possible solution to the problem was identified and tested. I would have my doubt that other door companies would be so willing to do something for free and save me several hundred dollars.

I don't recall the cost. They took care of it for me. I do recall that it was a fair price.

The tech was very polite & professional. He indicated the problem was the sensors, so he realigned them and applied lubricant to the rails. It worked great when he left, however we're already having the same issue just a few months later. I believe we need a new door.

Automatic Doorz installed my garage door openers. Then they fixed the springs on one of the doors. Today they fixed the springs on the other door. The fifty year old doors open and close as if they were new! I am very pleased with this company.

Tightened and replaced missing screws on garage, addressed all of the tune up items as identified in their deal, we also were provided some suggestions for new garage door openers (which we requested, not randomly suggested).
