Although the tracks were bent, and the door initially appeared to be slightly twisted, the technician was able to carefully repair, rebalance, and restore the door without any new parts---saving me potential costs. Great, careful, meticulous work by a very professional and skilled service tech!

The technician came out and diagnosed the problem the same day that we called, made the repairs on-the-spot, and improvised a 'fix' that allowed us to avoid the cost of a total door replacement. That 'fix' saved us several hundred dollars and the garage door operates significantly better (and quieter) than before.

They ended up replacing both springs so there wouldn't be excessive wear and tear on the one that wasn't broken.They called when they were on their way, showed up on time, completed the work promptly, and cleaned up afterwards. Very good experience and I would recommend them and use them again.
