I purchased a $50 for $100 worth of service deal on Angie's List. The company called me the next day to set up a time to come out. Since I couldn't open my garage, the fact that they got out there within a day was very helpful. The workman was knowledge, identified the issue (a lose spring), and was done with everything (including lubricating the track, chain, etc) in time for me to get to work. I was also able to get a quote on a new motor, as mine is getting older. When the time comes to replace it, I will definitely call this company.

The owner Mike was extremely responsive to my evening email asking for a quote to replace the springs. My phone call the next day was answered promptly and Mike was able to fix me up with an appointment with one of his employees the following day. Alex called before he arrived, arrived at the expected time, and was extremely well prepared. He was polite, friendly, and extremely competent. Completed the job in about 1-11/2 hours.

Automatic Doorz was fine. The person came on time and did whatever I requested for so I had absolutely no problem. I just paid what the big deal was for.

I was very impressed with this service. I used the 50 dollar coupon for 100 dollars of service and although the total bill was a little over 100, I was not charged the additional amount. I also appreciated that I was not pressured to have additional work done and they did exactly what I asked of them. They showed up on time and the young man was pleasant. I would use them again whether a coupon was involved or not.

The service worked great. People were over last week, and the garage sounds a lot better. My husband was pretty happy with them. I was not there at the time. He seemed very pleased with the work they did and with their professionalism.

I purchased the $50 for $100 coupon. The company responded and made an appointment to come out the next day. The installer came out and replaced the two springs on the garage door and I believe it took him about 30 minutes to an hour to complete. I was satisfied with my service. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and courteous. I would use this company again.

We were very pleased with the entire process. After getting estimates from a 3 different companies that were all rated "A" on Angie's List we chose Automatic Doorz because we believed they offered the best solution/price to meet our needs. The door we ordered was not in stock so they ordered it from the company which took a couple of weeks but we were told that from the beginning so it was not a problem. When the door arrived, they scheduled a time to install it that week. The installation of the door and opener was completed with no issues. The door looks good and based on our experience I would recommend Automatic Doorz to others in need of a new garage door.

This provider did an excellent job. I called to get an estimate in regards to my cables coming off the pulleys. The provider talked to me in detail about what could be causing the problem and provided me with a price. The provider contacted me prior to our appointment time to confirm and was early. The provider was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and gave me some tips on things to look for in the future and ways to better maintain the system myself. The provider was very efficient and did a quality job. There were no surprises with the price. It was exactly as quoted and included labor and parts. My garage door is working great and this provider would be the first one I call should I have any future issues.

We purchased the $249 Garage Door spring replacement special. The owner called within 24 hours and the service was performed the very next day. The technician named Chris was very polite, finish the job in no time and gave us some extra pointers how to fix a minor issue with the other garage door. My husband and Chris also managed to exchange fishing stories!! Not sure if this was a good deal or not as our spring broke and I decided on this company based on reviews and wanted it done. I just wished they gave us some sort of receipt for service performed as in case something goes wrong I have no receipt, but the technician said since it was done through Angie's List they do not provide invoice.

Service issues were not identified. The garage door opener I found out was old and there is no replacement. He lubricated the door and not much more. If you think you need a new opener just schedule and get that, servicing the garage really doesn't do very much from my standpoint. This company was prompt and easy to work with.

I messaged (via Angie's List) with a gentleman in the late evening and made arrangements for the tech to come out noon the next day. The tech called in the morning and said he could come earlier if needed. I met him at the house. He replaced the springs and pulleys and was done in less than an hour. Our technician, Alex, was excellent. He worked diligently to replace the unit, explained our options and how to operate the new unit, and was very polite and professional.

The big deal from Automatic Doorz turned out really well. They came out and they discovered that they needed other work than was available for the big deal. They put the big deal towards the work that I needed. That worked out fine. I didn't actually in sense that work that was in the big deal done form that company. The service was on the same day of the big deal purchase. My garage door wasn't working at all and that was why I purchased the big deal. I was looking for somebody to help, I saw that and I gave it a shot. It was work that needed to be done. They installed a whole new garage door opener. The pricing seems fine but I didn't check other places. They did fix it that day. I didn't actually deal with them, my daughter did and she didn't have any complaints. I would use their service in the future.

I was very satisfied with the service that I got from Automatic Doorz. I called four companies on a Saturday morning after my garage door broke. Mike called me back right away and gave me a window for Alex to come out. None of the other three called back at all. Alex called a short time later and told me he was on the way and he arrived promptly within the window. He assessed the situation and gave me an estimate, which is what I paid. Alex fixed the door promptly and professionally and was very polite, pleasant and personable. The repair came with a one year warranty on parts and labor. I would strongly recommend them again to do work on my doors.
