Outstanding. The tech was on time. He explained everything, gave me options. Very professional and very customer service oriented.

I spoke with Mike and he was able to set up an appointment for a quote and install for the next day, which was awesome. Alex was the installer who did the work. He called me when he was on his way, which was on the early end of the time window given to me. I wasn't really sure what to expect price wise as I'd been told that some doors need to be reinforced a bit to accommodate the stress of the opener. Fortunately, mine was good to go, and the install fee was $100. They had a coupon for $50 for $100 worth of work so the install actually cost me $50. I'd considered doing it myself, but for that price I'm glad I didn't spend the time. Alex was very helpful, and explained the way everything worked. A+ job all around!

Very professional, explained what needed to be done. Replaced 2 torsion springs and greased up all moving parts for quieter operation.

Someone parked so close to our garage door that they bumped it. Hard enough to push the auto door track & cause it to crimp. I have always used Automatic for tune ups so called w/ my problem. I was bracing myself for a large expense but their tech was able to bend the track back in place and simply replace a gauged rroller - i could NOT be happier with Automatic's quick friendly an wallet-friendly management of my carafe door problem! Will always call Automatic first!!!

Nick was very professional and pleasant. He made several adjustments to fix the garage door opener. He also checked the garage doors/tracks/springs and oiled the tracks. He did a nice job explaining everything. I was very pleased.

The service repairman was very prompt, provided excellent service and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Rather than replace the door, he was able to make recommendations for a repair and the door works better than it did before the damage was done.

They had actually scheduled a start time and called to say they had an opening and they moved me up to almost the next day. The technician showed up and made the repair. He pointed out some things that needed to be corrected. I agreed with him and he went ahead and did them. I am very satisfied with him. I would definitely recommend them. They actually called 10 minutes earlier. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Came over and said everything looked good. Wanted professional advice on how to address some gaps - said nothing can be done and that I would have to get a new garage door. He did come draped in a Lowe's vest...so I am inclined to think that he just visited for the appointment as an after-thought, between jobs. Said that the owner would call with an estimate, but didn't. Either way, I wouldn't have availed of the service anyways...

I have worked with Mike at Automatic Doorz for years. In the past, he has installed garage door openers and replaced commercial door torsion springs and residential door springs for us. All of our doors were getting older and worn out so I called to obtain an estimate for four new garage doors (two commercial sized garage doors for a barn and two residential sized doors for a garage). We discussed the goals of the project and Mike provided great advice on material selection. Mike came out to confirm my measurements and show me samples of the materials we had discussed. I was provided an estimate before committing to job. The job was done promptly and professionally. The installers were very courteous and offered additional information about the doors. The new doors look great and I will continue to use and recommend Automatic Doorz to my friends and neighbors.

Very impressed with the service from Automatic Doorz. Mike was very quick to respond to my order through Angie's List for the package of replacing my extension springs (one of which was already broken), replacing pullies, and a tune-up. We were able to set the appointment for the next morning and it was the first appointment which was my request. I was told Chris would be able to be at my house at 7-7:30. Chris called that he was en route and would arrive in 30 minutes. He was at my house at 7am ready to go. I have the original garage door on my house from 1938. Chris was going to replace the pullies with new ones but after discussion we decided to re-use the originals since they are made to last vs. modern pullies which would enventually wear out in 7-10 years. He explained everything he was going to do. He replaced the extension springs with added saftey cables, re-balanced the door and lubricated everything. Replaced a couple of screws on the door that were missing and re-mounted the opener switch plate since it had come loose and had intermittent contact. He was done in 45 minutes. This was the most pleasant service call I've ever had. When Chris was done he reviewed everything he did, educated me on how the door should balance when partially open, how the saftey cables worked and the tension they should be at, and asked if I had any other questions or concerns. I was able to be on my way to work without being late. Great service! I heartily recommend Automatic Doorz for your garage door service needs. A+.

They saved me money by fixing the door instead of replacing the door. They are very honest. They could have easilly sold me a new door but they did a great job fixing the one I had. I will use them again in the future.

This couldn't have gone more smoothly. The technician (I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't get his name, as I was a bit distracted) arrived and called to let me know he was here. He was actually early which I appreciated. He pointed out why I was having issues with the opener (including some mistakes by the original installer) and proceeded to make the necessary repairs. He was obviously knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need (pointing out that the coils were still in good shape.) He even helped me sync my new car to the opener. The person who answers the phone (Mike, I believe) and makes the appointments is very friendly and accommodating. Another plus as far as service goes. Service is outstanding! Automatic Doorz has gained a loyal customer.........

One of my garage door springs snapped one evening. Since Automatic Doorz had previously done a nice job replacing a garage door opener for us, I called Automatic Doorz. I made an appointment to replace the springs the next morning. The repairman arrived on time and replaced both springs in less than an hour.

I contacted Automatic Doorz on a Saturday afternoon for an 'emergency' repair. I was impressed by their responsiveness and how easy they were to work with. They service technician arrived during the time promised, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be in order to correct the problem. Thanks for a good service experience Mike & Alex!!

I purchased the Garage Door Tune-Up on May 19th. An email was apparently sent to Automatic Doorz requesting a response within two days. I did not get a response within that timeframe. I finally sent another email on Saturday, June 7th and received a response from Mike a few hours later suggesting several appointment dates. We agreed to an appointment on Thursday afternoon (June 12th) of the following week. Since I was not home at the time, my son was, I do not know performed the work. They did show up promptly and performed the work as requested. I immediately notice that both automatic doors are now much quieter. The receipt says the following work was performed: 1) inspected door springs, 2) tightened all screws and bolts, 3) lubricated both doors including trucks, hinges and rollers. My son also said that both doors were adjusted for proper tension. My only wish was that the open stop setting was adjusted so that the door would stop before it hit the bolt. However, this is an easy adjust that I can do myself.

The technician did excellent work. We were very pleased and it was reasonable and affordable.
