Paul was fantastic. He was prompt. He worked almost a full day (9-3). The installation was great, the price for the door was great and I was very happy. Would use again!

The service from the first phone call until the job completion was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about Alex who came and fixed our garage door. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Memorial Weekend we purchased two new garage door openers because one of our two wasn't working and the other one's light didn't work. I searched and found several potential candidates and left phone messages and Automatic Doorz responded ON the holiday itself. Their price was great and they were able to come the next day. Other providers were giving us quotes of up to two weeks out. They arrived within their time frame and our serviceman was polite, professional, and got the job done in no time. The price quoted was the price we paid, nothing more. He explained our warranty, asked if we had any questions, cleaned up everything and left us with working garage doors. As a maiden experience with Angie's List, I can say we are extremely happy and looking forwards to the future. Automatic Doorz, we were super impressed with everything you did for us.

On Sunday morning my faithful garage door opener wouldn't close after pulling the car out of the garage. After manually closing the door and going to church, I returned home and tried to figure out the problem, which I could not. I called Automatic Doors that afternoon and was surprised that someone answered the phone. We scheduled an appointment for Monday, as I had the day off work, with a morning appointment window. Sometime between 9 - 9:30 technician Chris called me and arrived shortly thereafter. Chris answered all of my questions and assured me he could fix the issue. Without knowing how old the opener was, I inquired as to whether it was worth replacing. Chris said the model I had was of a lower quality, and while it was repairable he did recommend a better model, and explained why. He told me that if I went to Home Depot for this model with all the bells and whistles it would be a reasonable price. We agreed that I would go buy the opener, and he would come back after his next job. This all worked out well, and he installed the new opener quickly and expertly, just a few hours later. All of this happened within 24 hours of my first call. I really appreciated that Chris didn't try to push a new opener on me, or oversell me on anything. It wasn't until I inquired about a new opener that he voiced his opinion on replacing my current opener with a better model. Also, because he installed the new opener and a door brace, he didn't charge me for an additional service charge. I was impressed with the quality of the installation and his explanation of the new opener. I will definitely use this company again, but if the opener is as reliable as Chris said it is, I may not need to.

Automatic Doorz was recommended by a friend and I check it out on Angie's List. After speaking with Mike and sending him pictures of the damage, I decided to go ahead and replace both the garage door and opener...this was yesterday. Mike said someone would be out to the house first thing and let me know when it was completed so the technician could go over all the features. The work was completed by 1:30! Amazing! Jamie (the technician) called to let me know he was finished and I met him at the house. He was professional and courteous. There were no surprises on the price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They will definitely be my "go to" for and garage door needs.

With the polar vortex powered winter we just had, our garage door motor took a beating. One day, the system was stuck and the garage door was left stuck in the open position. We immediately called Mike and was able to have him come by within a matter of days. Mike took a look at the system and remedied it within several minutes by adjusting the motor speed. Rather than have me pay $75 for a few minutes worth of work, Mike volunteered to conduct an inspection of the system which also involved some maintenance to include a check on the sensors, the motor, lubrication of the chain and the hinges. Overall - we were happy with the work considering he went above and beyond to ensure that we received value in the work provided.

Automatic doorz was contacted through Angie's List with my desired services on Monday. Mike responded almost immediately and requested that I call him and provide more details about what was desired. I call him and we discussed the types of garage doors and lifters that I desired. Since he did not carry the type of lifters that I wanted, Mike informed me that they were available at Lowes. He sent me a proposal for replacing my existing garage doors and replacing existing door lifters with ones that I would purchase. .I accepted his proposal and scheduled the work for the coming Thursday. I purchased the garage doors that Mike recommended from Lowes on Tuesday. The Automatic Doorz technician arrived at 8:30 AM on Thursday. He explained all of the work that he was going to do, confirmed the agreed upon price and estimated that the work would be completed by 1:00 PM. Everything was installed and working by 12:30. He explained and demonstrated how everything worked and the warranties on the new doors and lifters. Everything exceeded my expectations and was accomplished in a professional manner.

I was very impressed. Very professional and on time. He repaired the existing garage door and made some recommendations to what was broken. I will be hiring them for the house remodel due to the great service I received.

They did a good job. The garage doors are still working. The work was fine, and the worker was real nice. He came when he was supposed to come. The price wasn't cheap, it wasn't outrageous either.

It was fine. I got what I paid for. It became a new service request. They were fast, clean and as promised. The pricing was competitive. Its average and its what everybody else is charging. The salesman is an A, the installer is a C for professionalism.

Do you know the expression, shout it from the roof tops? Well I'm shouting it from the garage door! I called the company based on the great reviews. I now know why they were so great. Customer service was fantastic immediately. Mike answered right away and said a technician could come out within the hour. When does that ever happen? Sure enough Alex showed up. Figured out the issue right away, quoted me a beyond reasonable price and did the job then and there. I highly recommend and we'll use again when we're ready to replace the door itself.

Fast service and arrived as scheduled the next morning. Installed two garage door openers and corrected the previous installation that was not up to code. Only one of my openers was broken but I went ahead and replaced both.

A garage door spring broke on a Thursday. I called on Friday and Mike had all the information from the installation he did almost 10 years ago. They came out Saturday morning. They finished the spring replacement (both springs on the door) and tune up in less than an hour. A little pricy but worth the money for convenience and timeliness.

Everything went smoothly with Garage Doorz and they fixed the problem. It was quick and they were on schedule.

Made the appt by phone with the owner. Next day service with the serviceman who had replaced a door motor for us two years ago. Problem with the garage door (not the one they had worked on in 2013) was diagnosed in minutes. Impressed with the integrity of the company and the employees. They could have told me I needed any number of things to resolve my problem all of which could have been hundreds of dollars. Their honesty is impeccable and I can say that with certainty becuase this is the second time I've used them after having experience with another garage door company (Beltway Bandits) who charged me double to replace a door motor than what Automatic Doorz charged. I learned the hard way, but have found a go to company for anything garage door related.

First of all, they were honest in their pricing, the timeliness, they were very knowledgeable, and wanted me to understand what they were doing. I will definitely use them again. I have learned how to read in the Angie's List for the companies who advertise. When they have a note that says Angie's List discount but tells you a number beforehand or tells you about coupons, they would only jack the prices up. They compensate for it so they don't really give a deal. I chose this company because of the reviews, but I chose them expressly because they do not have that. I wasn't interested in the game.

My garage door wouldn't close acting like there was an obstruction in the way. We got new sensors for free from Chamberlain with wiring and then called Automatic Doorz to install them. Technician that was sent out, Alex, was just superb. Polite and easy to talk to. He found out that it wasn't the sensors after all. Turned out a wire had been cut after years of the chain running over it. He had already installed the new sensors but there was no increase in price to patch and relocate the cut wires. Alex did a professional job. He also lubed both of my garage doors and now they don't make a lot of racket anymore. All in all a very favorable experience for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend the company and would definitely use them again.

Tried to schedule service, but found out that I could not get the opener. Tried every angle. Representative was very nice and responsive.
