Wow. I am so impressed with this company. I called yesterday afternoon thinking I needed a new garage door. After speaking with Mike, he assured me that we just needed a repair (and could save a lot of money!). Chris came out this morning, completed the replacement and got everything in great working order in under an hour. I never thought we could get this done in under 24 hours from contacting them! I'd recommend them to anyone.

I called this morning, a Saturday, because the motor on my garage door opener died. I picked this company because of their rating and because they're open on weekends. I spoke to Mike, told him what I wanted and he got back to me within 15 minutes and said that Alex would be here this afternoon. Alex called and gave me a 30 minute heads up, which worked great because I was out running errands. He was professional, polite and answered all my question. He cleaned up everything- even took the burned out light bulbs from the old unit AND programmed the opener to my car without looking at my owner's manual!! :) I'm very pleased with Alex and the company and will definitely use them again (new garage doors are on my list of much-needed home repairs in the coming months). Automatic Doorz was very responsive and patient. We had many questions and concerns prior to the installation and all were addressed in a timely manner. The day of installation, James from Automatic Doorz, was on time, and did a fantastic job of removing the old doors and installing the new ones. He was very professional, and answered all of our questions. The new doors look great and function well.

Mike was absolutely fabulous. I was traveling during the week when I needed an old double wide garage door opener replaced. It's a standalone garage, so I didn't need fancy options like insulation or windows. Mike was able to handle all my questions via phone, email and pictures, and was extremely helpful in telling us exactly how far back he needed the garage to be clutter free to do the install. To save money, he allowed us to buy a garage door opener, and he installed it for a nominal fee. The new door looks great!

Contacted another garage repair company and they fixed it

Great. Was able to take two garage doors that were dormant for two to three years (foreclosure) and made them work great. He did suggest replacing a few pieces which we did. He said for now they work but eventually we may want to replace they are about 30 years old. But for now they work and I am grateful.

I came home on a Sunday afternoon to discover my garage door would not open. I sent an email to Automatic Doorz on Sunday afternoon and within a couple of hours I received a call and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The service provider arrived promptly ay 8:00 and quickly determined the garage door spring needed to be replaced. He completed the repair quickly and accurately. The level of customer service received was exemplary and I highly recommend this provider to anyone needing a garage door repair.

Quick return call, and courteous appointment scheduling within 24 hours by the owner Mike. Professional work and excellent customer service by Chris. Highly recommended, and I'd definitely call these guys again if needed.

On a Sunday night one of our garage door springs broke and we were unable to manually open the door even after uncoupling it from the motored track. Fortunately our cars happened to be out of the garage so we were able to get to work Monday morning. we sent an Angie's List email service request to Automatic Doorz on Sunday night and heard back from Mike monday morning. We were set up with an appointment with one of the technicians, Chris, who came right on time as scheduled and replaced the broken spring as well as the 2nd spring on the door as they typically have a finite lifespan and we didn't want that one to go out on us next. Chris finished the job quickly and skillfully and did some general garage door tune-up and everything is working better than even before the spring broke. The door now opens more smoothly and more quietly. Mike followed up with us later the same day to make sure everything had gone well.

The technician (Chris) actually arrived earlier than the appointment time to remove a damaged garage door panel and install the replacement. He did this quickly, efficiently and professionally. Chris explained what he was doing as he was going and he provided additional helpful hints on garage door care. Chris also made sure the other components of the garage door where functioning properly and even lubricated all the hinges. I have already recommended Automatic Doorz to my neighbor to have a new garage door opener installed. While Chris was at my house, he went to the neighbor's house to explain the type of opener he should get.

Automatic Doorz was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The service provider was very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately pointed out that my old garage door was the wrong size. He drove back to the company and returned with the correct size for the new installation. The provider also installed an automatic lift with a keypad attached to the garage. Prior to leaving, the provider went over all the details including setting up the keypad. I am so happy with the quality of service and look forward to using Automatic Doorz again.

Outstanding, called door company on 1/4/2015, they sent the mechanic out that afternoon to confirm measurements. Door was installed one day later. One day for installation, when competition needed two to three weeks. I would highly recommend this company for your door work. Prompt, professional and reasonably priced!

replaced a gear on the garage door pulley, corrected a cable that was not gliding on a pulley lubricated doors now they both work great! bought the deal in May but they honored the purchase in December. very pleased!

A few hours later, the technician, Chris, called within 15 minutes of his arrival. Upon his arrival, he noticed immediately that he did not have our type of spring on his truck. So he offered a few alternatives, but we decided to schedule another visit so that he could acquire the necessary spring for our door. The next day, Sunday, Chris called by 8:00 a.m. and was at our house within 15 minutes of his call. He was very helpful, explaining exactly what occurred with our broken spring and how it is supposed to function. He was totally professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, his work was high quality. I will definitely use this company again and will be sure to request that Chris perform the work. I've already given out the name of the company to my neighbors!

Service was excellent. Very professional organization. Didn't try to upsell me a whole new door, just repaired what needed to be fixed. Very quick at repairing the door and came out just as scheduled.

The service technician, Chris, was very helpful and informative. He needed a part, and returned later to finish the job in about two hours. He was professional and kind. He also walked me through how the age of the parts of the garage door would last and what signs of their imminent breaking would be. In all, a great professional experience.

I wish this company did all matters of home improvement (and hey car repair too!!) so I would have reason to call upon them more often. Service was prompt and very professional. They oiled up our door so it was quieter then when it was first installed. The problem with the opener was one sensor, which they replaced. Now we don't have to worry about closing our door before the sun shines upon it. They neighborhood squirrels are sad they can't come in and raid my birdseed. Well too bad for them! I gained access to a wonderful repair and install company that I will use for all of my garage door needs. Highly recommend to all.
