They called ahead to let me know they were on the way to our scheduled repair. Our electric garage door was no longer responding to the remote controls. He quickly determined there was a circuit board failure. Instead of paying to put a circuit board into a drive unit from 1994, he suggested the box replacement which included new remotes and keypad. The work was completed in about 40 minutes and everything is great. Highly recommend this company.

Chris immediately found door springs were too srong (I had replaced), proper door bracing was missing, distance between rails on rear of one door was off, and gears on one motor wasn't working correctly. Chris repaired all noted items and both doors are working correctly. He said the fix to the one motor with gear problem might last a couple more years.

Awesome experience. Quick scheduling, right on time. Quickly got to work and noted items needing attention. Installed a missing handle, adjusted motor forces, and inspected and lubricated all moving parts. Garage door and opener are very quiet now, no issues since.

It was quick and efficient. The free rollers value was credited towards the purchase/install of my new unit which I love. The customer service was GREAT; the only thing I didn't like was that they hand wrote my entire credit card information on the receipt with the security code so I had to get a new credit card because I was not comfortable with that.

We called on a Monday morning and they had it fixed by noon! Admittedly, they had had a cancellation....The technician was friendly and competent; he worked quickly but carefully.

I wish I could give them A+++ and 6 star ratings! Automatic DoorZ is the best! If all businesses were like them it'd be a great world. They actually tried to save me money and definitely did, all the while getting the job done fast! Their guidance was superb. After at first researching vendors, then becoming unsure how to proceed with my jammed-up door on an old system - I was getting worried about the possible expense. But I called them and consulted with Mike there and I felt a whole lot better. He listened closely to my problem, discussed a few options, and told me they would be still be flexible when they came by to check it out the next day. Mike is a really standup guy and sure enough his technician Chris showed up the next morning right on time and went over the situiation with me, fixed it quickly, and had it operating again in no time. Both of them discussed what Automatic DoorZ could do if (and when) my old system totally fails at some point, and I will definitely call them and no one else! They are honest, fair, clear, and very professional, while beiing straightup about cost range in advance. This was a $125 repair that many vendors probably would not have even touched (or else could have tried to pressure me into a whole new system). The guys showed up on time, were courteous and worked efficiently to tune up my door and get it working. They corrected an installation issue that was done by someone else, didn't try to up sell me on anything and just did the job I hired them to do. It was a great experience and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I originally spoke with Mike, the owner of Automatic Doors. He emailed me information on available garage doors. A few days later, Mike came to my home, measured the doors and gave me an estimate. He provided good and accurate information. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We set up the installation to occur three days later. The job was completed over five hours by Chris. He worked continually and efficiently. Chris clearly had lots of experience doing this job. I felt confident in his abilities. I am very pleased with the finished product. Since completion one week ago, the doors and openers work at expectations. I highly recommend this company.

The tech was very flexible with scheduling (came out on a Saturday) and although the appointment window was large (Noon-5pm) they called 30min prior to arrival. To add to that, I was away from my house when they called and they were able to delay the start time by 45min to allow me to get back - talk about great customer service!! The tech worked quickly, was very professional, and took the time to explain to me some tips for maintenance going forward. I'm very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to call Automatic Doorz for any future services.

Automatic Doorz did a good job replacing the torsion spring on my garage door. They showed up on time, we able to perform same day service, and did a good job installing the new spring. They also lubricated all the moving parts on the garage door and conducted a general inspection. Overall, I would recommend Automatic Doorz, although their price was possibly a bit higher than I would have expected.

We purchased their $750 new garage door deal and arranged for them do the work. They asked us to measure the old door. It turns out our door was just a little out of "standard" size. They were able to get the appropriate size and install at a small extra fee ($150). They removed the old broken wood door, put in a new track and a new door. Our separated garage is not electrified, so we were happy that this new door is easy to operate by hand.
