After I got an HOA approval to replace the door, they scheduled an appointment within a week. Paul, the technician, came on time and completed the work within an hour. It looks great! This is a very responsive company that provides what they said they would.

Description of Work: The service technician was very prompt. The garage door in my townhome had slid off the tracks. He repaired the door in approximately 75 minutes. It worked fine for several weeks but is now making a loud "clicking" sound when the door closes so I need to call them to come back to relook at the door. I gave them a "B" grade based on the price. I was desperate to have the door fixed so I paid $350 (I had a $50 discount from Angie's List). I thought the cost for the repair work was high but I'm not sure how much other companies like this one would charge for a similar garage door repair. Overall, I'm not sure if I will use this company again in the future.

Description of Work: Two reasons I hired Automatic Doorz to do the job: Mike was very personable on the phone, scheduled an appointment quickly; and this firm did not charge a flat fee to visit then an hourly rate. I really do not care for open-ended pricing plus paying by the minute rather than the job. Chris arrived on time to do the work, tuned up two garage doors, installed a new door opener with accessories, replaced a remote control battery and light bulbs. He was quite experienced and efficient. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use this firm again.

Description of Work: Garage door was off track causing it to pop back up. Technician cleaned and adjusted all rollers and tweaked the track. Tech explained everything he did, answered questions thoroughly. Very pleased with experience.
