Excellent experience overall! My backyard had cracked concrete all over and I wanted to repave it into a parking pad. There were some technical difficulties but Jamie was able to figure out the best plan to complete the job and gave the best quote out of four companies I inquired with, with the highest quality concrete quoted. He kept me updated on scheduling and the crew showed up on time on the scheduled date. They were very friendly, did a great job that exceeded my expectations. The communications were clear throughout. I would highly recommend this company.

Quick and to the point. Great price and the finish was amazing. Ian, who was working the basement, was available to answer questions while the work was being done. Would recommend them to anyone who is concerned with water issues, don't wait until the water is already in your basement.

Work done in a timely fashion and the concrete work came out great

Their pricing was very competitive. The crew that came out did a good job covering items and cleaning up. My main negative was at times it was difficult to contact someone. I was concerned that if there was ever an issue I may have a hard time reaching someone. Everything else, So far, so good! Update: I had a small leak in the wall over the weekend and contacted them. They had someone out the next day to address the problem. In my first review I stated that I was concerned about communication and follow through but I must admit that they really seem to be service minded and stand behind their work. Kudos!

Quality workmanship and professionally done.

Great work beautiful finished project

We had 2 sump pumps with battery backups with a perimeter drainage system installed in our basement. Workers were prompt, hard-working, and job was done within the amount of time planned. Clean-up was thorough and we were totally satisfied with results. My only critique would be that we could have been a little more informed about the amount of electrical outlets we had to have available for pumps and batteries. (But, we probably could have done a little more research ourselves and would have been able to ask those important questions.) All in all, we would highly recommend this company to our family, friends and neighbors.

Good value for money and quick turnaround

Communication was not seamless because we were communicating with different people each time and we were not sure how much of what we were saying was getting back to the source. The job took two consecutive days and there was a different crew each day, but they showed up each day they said they would and the final result was excellent.

I have waited some time to review as I wanted to make sure that we stayed dry and so far, we have! Always waterproofing has given us peace of mind that our home has been able to stay dry after flooding in our family room and master bedroom. I do recommend turning off your air or heat if they dig an indoor French drain as it clogged our AC unit. Estimate was quick, they squeezed us in ASAP after we had record rains and major flooding and gave us tips to help manage our water problems until they could arrive.

When I submitted the request they called 10 minutes after. He said he will be at my house between 9-11, he was there at 8:45 ! I was surprised. He was very professional!

They came out on a Sunday, when other contractors said they were too busy. Exceeded expectations. Said it was a two day job and only took one day. In addition, they did the work a week before they said they could get to it.
