Arrived as cheduled. Installed new sump pump with battery back up quickly, and walked me through how it worked. Very professional.

Although they may appear a bit disorganized, the finished product is what I'm concerned with in the end. My driveway, porch, & walk turned out to be everything I expected.

They did what they promised and met all my expectations.

The job was done in 2days with minimal household disruptions. Crew worked professionally, covered all furniture. Setup dust barrier and cleaned up carefully at completion. Very pleased with the finished job.

I had them mitigate a small foundation leak in my basement, install a better drain in my exterior basement stairwell and replace my sump pump last week. Michael was very responsive, answered all my questions and priced his work competitively. His crew worked hard and I am happy with the work to date, though it's far too early to judge how well the interior system they installed functions. The only concern is that the promised lifetime transferable warranty was not delivered when the work was done. Michael promised to drop it off soon.

I had a very good experience overall with James and his team of workers. They came in early in the morning and completed the job in one day. I needed a sump pump installed . Extra work had to be done we were not anticipating and his increase price was very fair. I'm actually going to have him come back to do some concrete work.

The team that did the work on my front stairs was very professional and worked very well together. They were perfectionists and made sure everything was perfect before I saw the final project. They were here on time and the day that it was scheduled, they were very courteous and did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again for other projects!!

The company does excellent work however customer service is an area of improvement. AW were hired to waterproof my basement. Upon completion of the work I expected a licensed professional to inspect the work but that did not happen. Upon complaining to James the owner, he assured me the work was guaranteed(lifetime) and a certificate mailed. He did follow up with me and is providing this information. However I must say the work "looks good".

They replaced my garage floor. They did a very good job.
