I threw a lot at them & they figured it out & got it done in the time frame promised. They really go above & beyond to please the homeowner, stay within budget & make the job look professional. Mike and his team did a great job waterproofing my basement. It has been raining a lot and my basement is very dry!! The cost was very reasonable and received a lifetime warranty.

James and his team did an amazing job and the two egress windows they installed look fantastic. The poor guys were out installing in the remaining snow left from the blizzard. Shortly thereafter we had torrential downpours and no leaks. Even the inspector said that it was obvious that the install team was very professional and competent and we passed with flying colors. Always waterproofing had very diligent workers! The sales person was really knowledgable and listened carefully to my concerns. They designed a complex project that worked to solve my problem. They were not only diligent but very efficient, too! Their concern for customer service was outstanding. In fact, one day, in the middle of the project, they came very early in the morning to begin work because they knew it was going to rain later in the day. They needed to get the project moved forward to minimize the water I would get in the basement from the rain. I am very happy with the project's outcome The house looks beautiful and there is no more water in my basement!

I am very pleased about the knowledge and professionalism of this company. The crew were very professional and courteous when they had to deal with an irate neighbor (through no fault of their own). Was very happy with their demeanor in answering any questions I had as they worked along. I would use these guys again, but hopefully I wont have to :)

Although he informed me it was not typical, the gentleman that completed the initial estimate for the work was one of the workers that actually completed the work. This was reassuring because I had previously contracted a company to complete the work and when the crew arrived they said the salesman did not realize the amount labor needed on my basement. Therefore, the crew was unable to complete the work for the price originally quoted. All together, I met with about 5 companies and choose Always Waterproofing for their genuineness and expertise. The only issue was, even with the plastic they laid on the remaining belongings in the basement there was still a massive amount of dust created from breaking up the cement with the air hammer. I suggest removing everything from the area, not just away from the walls as they instructed me. Other than that fixable problem, I would surely recommend this company for your water management needs.

Very good company, had a good experience from beginning to completion of work. They arrived on schedule with a full work crew, moved and covered all furniture and worked the entire day until they job was complete, did a walk through at the end and made recommendations to assure the area would remain water free.
