Description of Work: On the recommendation of my plumber, I placed two calls months apart to a "Touch of Brass" in order for an appointment to measure my new bathroom for a frameless shower door. Despite leaving my number I received no return call, I called a second time, a pleasant woman took down several of my telephone numbers, email address, home address and shower door size requirements, I even gave her the days and hours that I was available. She stated she would give my information to the owner Jim Long who handles Shower Door measuring, I never heard back, despite being a small town mom and pop hardware store their desire for business is apathetic which in today’s economy I find surprising.
