Friendly guy, professional service, would use again.

Working with Wooten Appliance was great. I would call to make an appointment. A day or two later he would be at my home to looking into the problem. In another day or two and he would be back with any parts needed and make the repair. First I had a broken washing machine, second I had a leaking fridge (water line). The second problem especially made clear to me why the service contract was worthwhile because it wasn't clear to me at least whether the problem was an appliance problem or a plumbing problem. Luckily I had the prepaid service available so Daryl could just come out and look (as opposed to calling a plumber who would have charged me for the visit only to tell me it was an appliance problem) . Daryl was clearly very knowledgable about both the washing machine and fridge in my home. He was very punctual, professional, and personable during all of his visits. I've called Sears for service on the fridge in the past (was still under warranty for previous calls) and I believe the visit and labor alone came close to Wooten Appliance's full service agreement price and I was much happier with the service provided by Wooten Appliance.

They were great! The technician inspected the machine and advised that it wasn't functioning because it was too close to the wall. He simply moved the dryer, and it started working just fine. Furthermore, he only charged a small fee for the visit since the repair was so simple.

For each visit, Wooten was punctual, professional, and did a great job.

In both cases, the service was great.

Mr. Wooten came to the apartment, assessed the situation, told me that i had to defrost the freezer before he could do the work, came back as soon as i called again (several weeks later) and fixed the problem. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. I was especially impressed that he put the food back in the freezer after he fixed the problem. I honestly wasn't expecting that and it offers a glimpse into the kind of person and professional he is: just terrific!

I called Wooten appliance late morning to see if they had any same day openings. I was told they could try and fit me in either early afternoon or evening depending on the other appointments that day. I gave him my tenants contact info and he was on site at 7pm to replace the broken parts. I received a glowing report later that evening from the tenant that Daryl was very professional and had the part replaced quickly.

Repair person showed up on time and fixed items as noted. He fixed the ice maker efficiently without try to sell me on replacing any parts. He also quoted me a reasonable price for installing a new garbage disposal. Overall very good experience.

Purchased service agreement through Angie's List because most of the appliances in my newly-purchased condo are several years old. Put in a service call because the refrigerator motor was making strange noises, and I also wanted the clothes dryer checked to be sure lint was not accumulating inside the machine. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, and set up an appointment within a couple of days. Mr. Darryl Wooten arrived at the specified time and inspected the appliances; fortunately no major repairs were needed, but he made the necessary adjustments. I found him to be extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He is scheduled to come again in a few days to repair my garbage disposal. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and neighbors (in fact I already have).

The technician was prompt, friendly and very professional. It took us a little time to figure out what was wrong with the washing machine. But he fixed it during the first appointment. Unfortunately it has broken again but I think this is not related to anything he did or did not do. I had confidence that he knew what he was doing. The dishwasher has an electrical problem. We ordered the replacement part and on the second visit he replaced the electrical panel.

Observed the functioning of the oven and broiler burners and stove top. Reassured me they were functioning correctly

Went well -= Darrel was on time, polite and helpful. He was able to resolve the issue without too much trouble (something was not aligned properly in the washing machine and it was making a lot of noise -- we needed a new solenoid). It is an older unit so he was helpful in telling us how much longer he thought we could keep it going. His prices did seem expensive after the part, but the Big Deal coupon made it reasonable. Giving a B for price only because the deal seemed to expire too soon to be usable (it was $189 for multiple trips), so by the time we had called for another issue it had expired, which we didn't realize.We asked him if he would still accept it, and he agreed to half the normal charge since the second visit was only for a broken water hose.

Went great. I sent Daryl an email at 7am in the morning describing the problem and he responded within an hour and stopped by the house later in the afternoon. He quickly troubleshooted and fixed the problem. Highly recommend Daryl and his team for any appliance repairs.

Refrigerator repair. The work was excellent. I have a lot of confidence in Wooten. This is the 2nd time I used them. They diagnosed the problem very quickly, ordered the part and returned a few days later to install. Nice people. I'd use them again without hesitation.

From the time they showed up to the time they left they were very methodical and didn't waste anytime.

Appreciated the honesty and advice of the repairman. Although the problem was not fixed, the reasoning for not proceeding was sound.

Overall I was completely satisfied. The guy was "personable," he fixed the burner, and it's been "all good" ever since...

Daryl called me the night before the appointment to let me know what time he was coming. He was 30 min EARLY! rockin'! He took a look at the fridge, thought the fan might be clogged. Turned out the part needed to be replaced. So he ordered the part and said it would be here on Monday, and he could replace it Tuesday am. He called on Monday as promised! (I didn't have to follow up!) and he was at my place at 9am on Tuesday - on time! It took about 10 min to fix and he was in and out. Nice guy - friendly... and on time for everything! I would hire again in a second and recommend him to everyone. How often to contractors come on time and communicate when they say they are going to??? Additionally, I pointed out a stove knob that has been broken for a while. He wrote down the part number and said he would send me the link so I could order it myself. Truly commendable that he wasn't just out to make a buck for himself -- as he could have told me the would order it and fix it! Thanks Daryl!!!

We purchased an Angie's List Deal, $74 for a large appliance repair. The motor for our ice maker on our refrigerator was not working. Scheduling was a bit cumbersome - e-mail to phone to e-mail again; but we finally scheduled a date. On the day of service, Daryl was prompt and professional, and it looked like he fixed the problem, but after he left the ice maker wasn't working again. So we called and re-scheduled; Daryl bought a part and brought it at the second visit. The part he purchased did not fix the problem; Daryl told us we needed a new motor, and he would call back with the cost. We were not charged anything for the second visit, but we also never heard from Daryl again. I didn't bother calling back because it was a bit of an ordeal to schedule each appointment. The $74 was a fair price for problem diagnosis, but it would have been nice to get the repair done as well.

Fantastic! On time, very freindly but still professional, beyond helpful. Went beyond the scope of work for no extra charge.

The washing machine was old but working until it was just old. Mr. Wooten came out and instead of patching the machine, he got it working but said that it was at most a temporary fix. He recommended shopping for a new dishwasher. Since I had purchased the machine in 1998, what he said and how he explained it made perfect sense.

I left a message for Wooten regarding a repair I needed on my dishwasher, but I never received a call back.

I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
