Wooten Appliances went wayyyy out of their way to have Daryl come to my house and make the repair the same day I called!! He knew what was wrong from my explanation on the phone of the dishwasher not draining, and it only took a few minutes to fix. My ONLY thing was I was told $99 over the phone, but it was actually $119 - BUT - it was worth the same day service after 6:00 PM!!

The service was provided within several hours of my call which made the tenant happy. Payment with my credit card was initially rejected and Wooten worked with me cheerfully to straighten out the credit-card problem. Would recommend highly and will use them again Nick Borst

It went very well. The repair man was very professional and did the work with excellence.

I had an immediate response to my telephone inquiry, and the contractor was at my house within a couple of hours that same day. The fix of the door latch was quick and simple. He charged his standard price for a house call, minus a $20 discount. I was highly satisfied and would use these folks again in the future.

The experience was positive and they came on time. It turned out there was nothing wrong with the microwave but they did diagnose the problem as an electrical issue in a circuit. This led me to using an electrician.

I'm a first time user of Angie's List and this went about as smooth as it could go. Everyone on Angie's List recommended Wooten Appliance highly, so I trusted your opinions and you right. My refrigerator just stopped working. Boom, no cold air. Friends told me it was the compressor and I might as well buy a new frig, instead I got an account with Angie's List, found Daryl and problem solved. It was a control board gone bad. While he was here he noticed a tiny leak in the water line. Fixed that too! Boy, do I appreciate his proactiveness. Stephanie and Daryl were responsive, polite, honest, professional and very knowledgeable. Daryl arrived during the time they indicated, he had the problem diagnosed and repaired in no time at all. I am very impressed with his services. It could not have been a better transaction.

We had a leak in both the Dishwasher and the Refrigerator within a few weeks of each other. We asked some friends and checked Angie's list for a good appliance repair company. One of my friends suggested Wooten, who she had used on a previous occasion. Boy, were we glad we went with her suggestion! Dayrl was prompt, polite and was able to determine the cause of both of our leaks. He was quick and honest with his service and had a reasonable price. His assistant Stephanie, was a always courteous and intelligible.

My dryer was making a terrible noise. I talked to Stephanie, and I soon made an appointment with her. She said that the repairman would be at my house between 9 and 11. I was so happy with this time frame. Another company that I used to call would tell me that they would come between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., and I usually would have to wait the entire day for them. The repairman came a little after 9. He fixed the problem and was nice to deal with. I will use this company again.

Daryl is a conscientious, customer service oriented person. He calls in advance if there are any delays in schedule, and efficiently diagnoses and repairs problems. I definitely recommend his services.

I am submitting this as an interim review. Daryl came for the initial diagnostic visit on 5/13/13. My fridge was running to a temp of less than 30 degrees and water and ice were pooling under the vegetable bins, which would then leak out onto the floor. He was extremely professional and pleasant to work with, however we had to reschedule the return appointment for the actual repair a few times. They didn't get the part in time etc., but still no problem. He completed the repair on 5/16/13, reset the fridge and freezer to normal settings and I left it alone for 24 hours. The next day when I checked it, the fridge temp was again less than 30 degrees and water had pooled under the veggie bins again. I turned the temp settings up a little to see if that helps. In the meantime I sent Daryl an email to explain the situation and am awaiting a response. I am hoping that it may resolve itself in the next 24 hours. I plan on doing a follow up review as soon as the problem has been corrected. An additional note, this is my first time I've hired from Angies list and I am hoping it does not turn out to be a bad experience.

It went very well. The technician arrived promptly and was very professional. He tried to fix our garbage disposal but in the end, it needed to be replaced. He clearly explained what happened and why it needed to be replaced. Although the price was a little higher than we expected, we would certainly call Wooten again.

Called and set up appointment for service call. Technician was on time, friendly and knowledgable. He took the machine apart and determined the problem. Because my machine was so old, we discussed the options for repair or replacement. The office called me the next day to give me the cost of the part for replacement, but because of the age of the machine, I decided to replace it instead. There was a $99 charge for the service call, but it would have been waived if they had returned for the repair.

My enitre experience with Wooten was excellent. Stephanie, in the office, was very quick to respond, very helpful and friendly, and quick to follow up. Daryl was wonderful as well, friendly, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Wooten and will absolutely use them again.

They laid out a drop clothe to keep things clean. Took apart bottom tray to examine suspected part. They had a replacement part in the truck. Gave me a great discount.

I called Mr wooten for a diagnostic of my stovetop. He explained that it could not be repair but need to be replaced, also pointing out the dangers in trying to use it. He ordered the part, which came in sooner than I expected.He was able to work around my afternnon time framed, for installation. Everything went smooth and I am a happy satisfied customer. I will use him again.

Daryl was prompt, communicative and extremely nice. I would give him the highest of recommendations.

He remove the stove top and found two values that were leaking slightly. One of the values was no longer available and he told me he could not get the part. He suggested I do some homework online to find an alternate part. He knew I was capable of replacing the part myself. I did. Is suspect that the reason the part is no longer available is the reason my valve was leaking. The stove is only 8 years old. I will use Daryl and Wooten again.

Daryl arrived on time, was professional and friendly and answered all my questions. He took apart the dryer as part of his inspection and found a lot of lint buildup in an unusual location due to leaky airflow. The lint had begun to scorch and would have probably caught fire if not found before much longer. Obviously, he earned our endless gratitude for his thoughtfulness and thoroughness that helped prevent an emergent situation. He replaced the faulty sensor and the dryer's performance improved. We recommend his services to anybody!!!

He did a great job but was on time, efficient and helpful. I also found his staff to be extremely helpful and accomodating about my schedule. I would highly recommend Wooten and will use them for all my appliance needs.

When Daryl arrived he immediately assessed what needed to be done and was able to do the repair within an hour. The cost was reasonable. Daryl was extremely professional and I am very pleased. Whenever I need appliance repair/service again I will use Wooton! This is an outstanding company.

The first time he came to fix our washing machine. While there, he noticed there was a missing clasp on our dryer, which he serviced for no additional fee. Recently he came back to work on our dryer. He is very easy to work with, to get along with, and is always prompt. The quality of his work is great for the inexpensive price.
