Overall, I was provided with excellent customer service and the work was professionally done. Getting an appointment was easy and the technician who did the work was very pleasant and was clearly competent. I initially went to Lowe’s to get a microwave and upon delivery realized that it wouldn’t fit in the existing space without removing backsplash. So I decided to have a professional come out to ***** the situation as well as diagnose a leaky water and ice dispenser. Wooten Appliance came in, provided a quote, including an assessment of whether it made more sense to repair or replace, which I felt was honest. My fridge was repaired and everything works great. I purchased the microwave from Wooten. It was more expensive than what I would have paid at Lowe’s, HD, or Best Buy, but I decided that a one stop shop was what I needed to keep things simple. I am pleased with the work and won’t hesitate to contact Wooten again for my future appliance needs.

Filter needed clearing and arms needed repair as they were not spinning. Our dishwasher is now like new.

They asked a number of questions to get an idea of the fridge make and model. Then they charged $139 to come out and tell me it was not working and they did not have the parts and needed to order them. Their were two items that needed to be fixed and they said the repairs required a separate repair free. I told them to forget it. They said they would refund $40 which I thought was great. However, I never received any money so I assume they were just words to placate me.

He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly—cleared the drain and replaced the broken part. Very professional.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided by Wooten Appliance. Initially, we had a scheduling problem as the technician arrived more than two hours after the window established for the visit. However, he was very apologetic, explaining the reason for the delay and provided his cell number so that we could be in direct communication on the day of his return visit to install the part.

Perfect - Daryl was able to come out the very next day. He arrived when he said he would, and even texted me when he was about 20 minutes out as a heads up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the needed part with him so he could complete the repair on the spot. The price for service and the part were reasonable. We were just thrilled to get the repair done so fast - we use our oven a lot, so this was a serious problem! :) Would definitely recommend Daryl and will call again if we ever need appliance repair.

The repair person cam as scheduled. He determined that the top drawer roller was off track and corrected it.

Darryl checked the machine and verified it did not need any repairs. He tested the drain hose and house drainpipe and found that the pipe was clogged and that we needed to call a plumber. He charged us for the service call, but nothing else. We've had Darryl out before for other appliances, and he always makes sure to identify exactly what the problem is before taking or recommending any action. We will definitely continue to call him.

We were able to contact Wooten easily to schedule a service appointment. The technician was running late and we were contacted by the office for updates. The Technician was knowledgeable, communicated the problem clearly, and arranged for repair parts promptly. The cost of visit and repairs were reasonable, the office response and technician were good. We would not hesitate to call Wooten appliance again!

I began searching for help at 6:30 p.m.; Wooten was at my front door at 08:00 the next morning. He analyzed the problem and told me that fixing my refrigerator/freezer was not a viable option as that would cost considerably more than a new replacement. He linked me up with a refrigerator/freezer merchant and charged very reasonably for his time and his diagnosis. The most important aspect of Wooten's service was that it was honest and correct.

Very well. On time. Quick and easy. Had to order a part which came in a week and was installed in about half hour at a second no charge appointment.

I think they were wonderful! I only have good things to say about them. They let me know when they were coming and were very prompt. I was amazed at how he was able to diagnose the problem with a handheld reader and do it very quickly. When the 2nd guy showed up 2 days later to install the new part, he went ahead and replaced another part so that it was as new as the one they were replacing. He did not charge me for that. I was very appreciative and impressed. The only down side is that they only service my area every other day.

It went well. Daryl is very professional and friendly. He explained everything to me and was done promptly. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to repair appliance. If he can't do it, he will let you know. I think he is very trustworthy professional.

Had an entirely unprofessional encounter with the representative from Wooten Appliance. I had gone through online scheduling, during which time I received an appointment window that was very reasonable, and the technician came within that window as anticipated. The issue was that the refrigerator portion of my refrigerator/freezer was not correctly cooling to temperature. When the technician arrived, they checked the front panel and I had the unit set in Celsius, indicating it was at 1C. He felt compelled to switch to Fahrenheit, which is fine, and in doing so changed the setting of the fridge to the highest setting from the lowest. No harm done. When he visually inspected the unit, he put his hand into the fridge and indicated that the unit was cooling. I tried to inform him that he had re-adjusted the temp, and that the new setting was 10 degrees warmer, but regardless of setting the unit was not cooling to specification, and that the temps inside were unsafe. To demonstrate the point, I used a digital Thermapen and put it into butter in the unit to illustrate that it was at nearly 60 degrees (F) -- unsafe, and well out of range for safe food storage. At this point the technician started arguing with me, explaining how the temperature buttons worked, and then exited. He said that we wasn't going to fight with the homeowner and just left in the middle of the service call. To be fair, I had not been charged and he left long before even a diagnosis of the problem, but for a technician to fail to hear from the owner about what was wrong, or even use any instrumentation to verify whether the unit was cooling to temperature or not is clearly unprofessional. I had high hopes for Wooten Appliance given the prompt responses in scheduling and the timely arrival. It is unfortunate that experience didn't carry through to the actual work.

Excellent, the repair guy came out and fixed the dryer so it would work temporarily until he returned a few days later with the replacement part.
