Fine- had follow-up work on fridge too.

Quick response and very kind repair people. Were able to replace the broken faucet for our kitchen sink and also find a problem with the disposal unit that had been starting to leak at the pipe. No issues since they fixed it and the price was fair.

Easily diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes.

Despite calling more than once, I did not receive a call back for an appointment.

I don't think they sent the right person, because they didn't have the right tools. So they had to come back a second time.

Very well. The follow-up by Daryl Wooten visit was to repair the freezer seal.

Very well: Put in the service visit request online on a Sunday, received an email on Monday asking whether a noon appointment that same day was acceptable, replied yes, Mr. Wooton showed up right after Noon and identified and fixed the problem.

They said that I did not really need the service. It worked out fine. I was satisfied with them. They did what they said they were going to do. They responded quickly. They came when they said they were going to come. Very professional and courteous. They did well.

Quick diagnosis, quick fix. I opened the back panel twice and couldn't diagnose. They were good and quick.

Beware of bait and switch pricing! I used an Angie's List coupon for $139 for a large appliance repair to fix my dryer. It needed lint cleaning and I believed a belt. Wooten Appliance was happy to honor the coupon and explained that for $139 this would cover labor for two visits - diagnostic and repair, and parts would be extra. They sent a very friendly repair person who diagnosed the problem. They returned with a quote for a total $468!!! There was a surprise extra labor cost of $50 on top of the $139, parts were hugely marked up (e.g., glide price directly from GE $7, WA cost $38), vent cleaning was a separate technician $89, then a "processing fee" and tax. For $468 I can buy a new dryer.

30 minutes late for 3 hour window. Didn't have the replacement part on hand when came to diagnose, despite my providing part needed and model number ahead of time, so I had to take a second day off work to get oven fixed. Otherwise, the repair person was pleasant and professional. One more problem was not getting a window until the day before the appointment.

We have used Wooten for many appliances over the last 3 years. We seem to have lots of appliances have problems and Daryl comes through. He is honest and a very nice person to deal with along with the staff. HIGHLY recommend them.

It went very well. Daryl inspected, explained what was needed then repaired refrigerator, cleaning area as he worked. Found a solution for cooktop since parts no longer available. Professional, courteous and very nice to work with. I used his Angie coupon so cost was very low.

Awesome! Daryl was super nice, professional and quick! Wooten was able to schedule someone to come out same day, evaluate and fix the issue. I will definitely be using their services again in the future when needed!

Wooten is only a middleman dispatcher - basically, they field all appointments via their email or website and dispatch techs to fix your appliances. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, when you call them you can only leave a message. I asked for a refrigerator repair, a stove repair, and repair of a dryer which was not heating. Wooten looked at the stove and dryer but never looked at the refrigerator, which ended up failing a week later. I had to call a separate technician on a weekend at extra cost to confirm it as Wooten doesn't have weekend hours, either. Wooten told me the best price was to get a coupon from Angie's list to pay for 2 appliance checks at 159 dollars. They then applied the coupon only to the dryer, which according to them did not need repair, only a reset, and then proceeded to charge me more money for the stove. The dryer was never fixed, it still does not work, and according to CW the coupon was only for diagnostics on the dryer, if I want it fixed I owe them more money. So the original 2 appliances they looked at are still not fixed, 35 days later, and they keep sending me invoice after invoice with differing amounts on it (to date I have received 8, all with different amounts on them).

Serviceman showed up on time and corrected the problem. Had the necessary parts with him.

Repaired as requested. Can't remember exactly what I paid. Reasonable

Excellent service from courteous, prompt, and skilled technician. Washer was barely working from stuff trapped in hose. So relived not to need a new machine.

Picked Wooten because of the same-day M-F assurance posted on their listing, and the fact that I'd used them once before on something non-urgent and it worked out well. I purchased an Angie's Deal in anticipation of the service. No after hours voice mail (this company doesn't like to talk to you, prefers web/email), so completed the online form in all it's details, and awaited contact for next AM. Didn't hear back in what I'd hoped would be the response window for same-day (8-9 AM), so followed up with email. Heard back pretty promptly by email, but news was not what I'd have hoped for - that no appointments were available, so I was being put off to next week, with a tentative commitment for Monday. At that point - any "same-day" advantage was nullified, so I contacted another company who had done good work for me in the past. They quickly booked a tech I know and like for a confirmed 9AM appointment on Monday. Had Wooten not stated that they offered same-day service, I'd have had no issue with their performance. In fact, I'd used them once in the past for something non-urgent, and it worked out fine. However. Don't offer a service commitment in your listing you don't have the capacity to deliver on. You wasted my time, and now I'll have to process a refund request on the Deal. Thus the "C" rating.

He came out right away to check on the problem and had to come back with an extra part, which was fine. I was impressed that he was able to figure out the exact problem right away. They were very responsive to my problem. He was even early to my appointment! Everything was excellent. My refrigerator has been working fine ever since!

Perfect. It took a few days to get the part and have the technician come back, but he fixed it and it still continues to work perfectly several months later. Also, the technician cleaned up after himself and didn't track dirt on my carpet.

At this point I'm baking things with the convection part of the oven and using the regular temperature and time. I had used a coupon, which gave me two visits. It took three visits, but they did not charge me for the extra visit since they could not fix the problem. I would hire them again because I felt they were very professional and customer service oriented regardless of their ability fix the problem. They did not try to overcharge me and were willing to put the old parts back and and refund my money for the new parts.

He fixed it, but it fell back into its own ways soon after. Might not be his fault, but the problem was not solved.
