They didn't perform the work. It did say when I booked that they don't do some apartment buildings, but they had my address before they confirmed the appointment, and only let me know that 'they had been to my building several times and that they knew they wouldn't be able to perform the job'. I mean, they had had my address since before confirming the appointment, why did they wait until the last minute to let me know they couldn't do the job?? I had already asked for a few hours off at work to be able to be present until they completed the job, and it was a complete waste of my time.

Very well. Tech was on site early and finished the job in about 20 minutes.

The young man who did the service was extreamly pleasant & provided good customer service. However, the service was an absolute waste of money and I would not recommend it.

Very smoothly. Technician was friendly and explained what he was doing. He also told me when I should have the service done again. The cost seemed quite reasonable for the service provided. It was easy to schedule and they arrived on time.

Technician was very professional. He did not have a tool he needed to access the far end of the dryer vent (apparently we have an unusual screw there). He arranged a prompt return visit even though he felt certain the vent was completely clean. He returned as scheduled with the needed tool and was able to show us that the vent was clean all the way to the far end.

They were prepared, they had the parts necessary if they were needed. Darrel was on time, and did the job necessary. I would recommend them to anybody!

Work was performed as expected. Price was exorbitant and unjustified. I purchased Angie's List deal for both projects. I purchased the $139.00 deal for large appliance repair - this wasn't really much of a repair, it was simply inserting new glass panel into door, the old panel was already removed. It was a 20 minute job, no separate diagnostic appointment necessary, but Wooten appliance insisted on an additional surcharge of $40 bringing total for simple 20 minute project to total of $179 for no reason with no explanation. Quite frankly the fact that it did not require 2 appointments saved Wooten much hassle and time that would have been included in Angie's list deal for any other appliance repair. I don't understand and contacted Angie's list about this but did not receive reply from Angie's list. I've used Wooten before so I would have thought there was an established provider customer relationship, but that isn't the case. I may use Wooten again as quality of work and personnel is good, but I will definitely look around and consider others for next type of repair as well. it would be so nice to find reliable, honest service providers one can establish relationship with for repeat business.

Technician was very knowledgeable and provided tips on removing lint from the internal dryer filter and from the external vent. He went out of his way to be helpful. I would DEFINITELY use this company's services again!

Purchased a service voucher through Angie's list for $139 which basically covers 1 hour of labor; otherwise their normal charge is $159. The service technician's name is Darryl. He was fantastic!!! Very cordial, polite and professional. He took the time to explain that my oven's igniter was faulty because it was not getting hot enough to ignite the gas therefore I got no flame. The replacement part, which he brought with him, cost $74 + tx. Darryl had the oven repaired within an hour.

I bought a repair service package for US$139 at Angie's List and set up the appointment. The technician was very punctual and polite. He thought that the fan was not working properly due to dust accumulation. He cleaned it and it started working well for a few days but the problem came back. He came back and said that the fan would have to be changed,. II would have to pay for the new fan but service was already included in the service package I had bought. He gave me a rough estimate for the fan (US$120) which was almost exactly the amount that it costed. He came back and exchanged he fan and now things are working very well.

The company communicated in advance to coordinate a date and time to perform the service, called to confirm on the date of service, arrived on time, and completed the service to my complete satisfaction.

Daryl came to the house within the specified timeframe. He found the problem and fixed it. He cleaned everything up very neatly and was done in about an hour.

Fine - technician came, opened up the dryer and vacuumed. Then worked on the duct leading to the outside. All went well, and dryer is now free of dust and lint.

Excellent--the problem was diagnosed on the first trip, and a temporary fix was put into place. Within a few days, the part arrived and was installed. I couldn't be more pleased.

Our serviceman was on time, courteous, and obviously knew his way around a gas oven and broiler. He had the right part and the right equipment and performed the repair on the spot. It has worked flawlessly ever since. I will definitely call Wooten for any future appliance repair.

Great. He diagnosed it correctly and it was fixed after 2 other companies made the wrong diagnosis and wanted make a much more expensive repair that would not have fixed the problem.

Wooten Appliances followed up almost immediately after I purchased the service. Rare, indeed. The process with quick, easy and the young man who came to my home was extremely professional

Technician performed service and discovered burnt wiring in dryer. Advised me to not use the dryer as a fire might develop. I could see the wires and concurred. Since they don't sell dryers there was no incentive for them to try to get me to buy a new dryer.
