They were very flexible and helpful in what to repair, what to diagnose, and what to replace. That made for more efficient use of time and lowered the cost. They repaired the dryer, diagnosed the washer and advised to replace it instead of attempting to repair, evaluated a dish washer, and made adjustments and fixes to a refrigerator.

Have hired this provider twice and both times the experience was great.

They were great, and I felt like he did a good job. It was not a problem setting up a time for them to come. They showed up within the time window that they provided. They also gave me some helpful information about some of my other appliances too, which was great.

Daryl came as requested at the agreed-on time. As usual, he was pleasant, professional and provided the service in a quality manner for a fair price. This is a man who knows how to run a business and how to treat his customers. Highly recommended.

The technician was very professional and polite. He seemed very experienced and figured out the problem in 10 mins. He also did his due diligence to check other parts to target the correct problem area. The fix however was small and he finished the repair in less than 45 mins.

It went very well. He discovered it was a bad timer so, he manually over rode it to spin the water out for us.. He was very honest and told us he could fix it but with its age that could be a waste of money. He recommended getting a new one and we did.

The job went well. They held to the estimate and performed the work on time. The over continues to work as expected.

Okay - recommended that I buy a new dishwasher rather than spend an additional $200 on a part.

All's well that ends well. The microwave failed on a Friday night so I had to wait until Monday morning before Wooten Appliance contacted me. I had filled out their service request form on line Sunday night and I received an e-mail response early the following morning offering Wednesday and Friday as appointment times. I responded by e-mail, got a time slot in reply, and I confirmed the time slot. Handling all of this elctronically through e-mails and voicemails was a little off putting but I am glad I stuck it out. I have learned that small businesses of this type often use this approach to be more efficient and economical. Rodney showed up near the end of the time window but well within it. He was very friendly and personable and went right to work. I remained with him to answer questions and satisfy my curiosity. From my online research I thought the microwave had blown a fuse. I was wrong. Within 20 minutes or so Rodney had traced the problem to a wiring defect in an internal plug that had been added as part of the OEM trim kit for this model when it was professionally installed. It surprised him and I certainly would have never found that. Problem solved. No need to buy the only replacement model that would fit our cabinet--saving $500. As a first time customer, I got to use my $20 Angie's List coupon. I will call Wooten Appliance again if any of our other major appliances fail and I will recommend them to friends and family.

Couple of hiccups, but overall they took care of everything.

the dryer was worse than before they cleaned it. taking three or four rounds to dry the clothes. I opened up the vent in the back of the dryer only to find a huge plug of dryer lint that fell out of the vent. Now the dryer works great and everything is dry in one round! They must have dislodged this when cleaning from the outside but never came back inside to check it again.

Went fine, but technician had to order part and made second service call at no charge.

Everything went very well. Rodney came on time, spent 45 min diagnosing problem (it takes that long because of length of dishwasher cycle), diagnosed the problem, gave an accurate estimate of the cost of repair. The next day, he came back with the necessary parts and did the repair in short order. Now my dishwasher is better than new! Thank you, Wooten Appliance!

He was able to identify and verify the problem within twenty minutes, he didn't have the part in his truck or back his shop and he ordered the part (our dishwasher is fourteen years old). He called us back the following with delivery information on the part (two days) and to set up a return date and time. He arrived with the part installed it and tested the dishwasher, thanked us for our business and left. He was very professional. This is the second time that he has done work on our appliances and we are completely satisfied.

Very pleasant young man who informed me the machine was in good condition and he removed a small amount of material. He did have a piece of equipment with him that looked like a narrow folding pole with a tennis ball rigged to the end. Guess I am a bit confused as there was no camera used to inspect dryer vent ducts.

They fixed the leak during the first visit.

The technician came in as per schedule........opened the freezer back panel and cleaned up the ice that had formed on the fan blades and adjusted the door hinges. Then he put everything back together and said that was the only thing that could be done with my refrigerator. Within 1 hour my refrigerator was making a louder noise. Basically he did nothing but thaw the ice to temporarily relieve the problem. Fast forward, I got a GE factory technician who identified the issue as a faulty fan bearing which needs replacement. All in all my experience with Wooten was terrible. I would never want to hire them for any job again. Their staff did not demonstrate adequate knowledge or understanding of the appliance nor could they identify the underlying problem. So disappointed.

Great service by Daryl Wooten. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He first checked the mother board of the refrigerator and found no problems with the mother board. Mr. Wooten finally determined that the problem was with the surge protector to which the refrigerator was plugged in. Most pleased with Mr. Wooten's service and the price.
