The first repairman diagnosed the problem as the water pump not working. A week later he came to install it. The washer worked seemingly fine for about 80 days or so, then it stopped again. The second repairman to see it did an electrical diagnosis and said the part needed was pretty expensive and that this machine probably wasn't worth it, considering its age. I really appreciated his honesty and will now look for a new machine.

I had hired Daryl before to fix my squeaky dryer and to repair my old leaky dishwasher (the dishwasher I had before the loud one). He arrived on time, tested the dishwasher, and confirmed my fear that, although the noise was not in danger of damaging the dishwasher, the problem was in the motor so would be prohibitively expensive to fix. But that is what I needed to know so I could decide whether or not to fix this one or buy a new one. While Daryl was packing his tools to leave, he noticed that my refrigerator door was not closed securely. He then determined that the heavy load of bottled drinks on the inside of the door was causing the problem. I redistributed the bottles inside the fridge, Daryl adjusted the door back into alignment, and the problem was solved. I felt this was a good value for the service fee I paid him to come out and examine the dishwasher. He has a sharp eye for things that aren't right, and I appreciate this especially in someone who is working on the mechanics of my appliances. Daryl is also very friendly and is a true pleasure to work with. I will definitely call him anytime I need repairs for my appliances!

Daryl arrived on time and inspected the dishwasher. He determined that the motor was going bad. Given the age of the machine, he recommended that it would make more sense to buy a new one than to repair this one. I appreciated that he gave me the straight story instead of recommending that it be fixed (and charging extra to do so). His honesty and prompt service are why I keep calling him.

They gave us their honest opinion as to replace or repair. If repairing it would be costly - cost of purchasing a new refrigerator.

The technician explained that the water drains in the freezer had frozen and needed to be warmed to allow the passage of water to get to the ice cube maker. So he unplugged it and fixed it. There was more to the process of just unplugging it but I won't go into it. Needless to say, I was very happen with the outcome.

Wooten Appliance did a great job of acquiring the necessary part (Samsung makes you jump through hoops) but they came and installed it for us right away. I did not have a bad conversation with anyone in their organization and I would definitely use them again should I have appliance repair needs.

Those people ripped me off, they didn't fixed it. They wanted seven hundred dollars for materials and stuff. I can buy a whole new stove for four hundred dollars. What happened they went out there, I told the tenants to reset the circuit breaker, as things shut off. They don't know nothing about that. The oven and the burner wasn't working, and I wanted to get it looked at. They get out there, and reset the circuit breaker, and didn't do anything else. They totally ripped me off. I told them this, and they said it needed this and that. The coupon said you get one more trip, and they went to get extra money, and didn't do anything. The same problem I had, was the same problem when they left.

They did a wonderful job and provided a detailed account of what happened; confirming what we believed was causing the problem. It has been working just fine since!

Darryl arrived promptly. Knew exactly want needed to be done. Tackled the job efficiently and effectively. He was very neat and professional and we would recommend him and Wooten to everyone. The job was done in less than one hour and the price was very fair.

They came out twice and were very nice, but couldn't fix the problem. My washing machine is leaking and they couldn't find out why.

Able to identify the problem in one visit, and correct in the next after the proper part was ordered. Would work with them again.

Fixed the water hoses on the washer, made a recommendation for the middle burner of the range. Excellent work!

It was fine. I was charged for a replacement part. One person came to do the work. It took about 30 minutes to complete. They cleaned up when they were done.

The repairman found the cause quickly (a cracked filter) and fixed it. He then went through a very detailed check of the w3ater line to make sure no other leaks were found.

found an odd white creamy liquid in a tray underneath fridge (we are still stumped as to what caused it) that smelled like rotting animal... cleaned it thoroughly and vacuumed all coils and such behind fridge
