Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for a Large Appliance Repair. It went very well.

Description of Work: Mr. Wooten and staff were very timely and professional. We had a cook top replaced - it went as expected, the area of work was cleaned up, and he even took the big box the cook top came in so I wouldn't have to worry about dealing with it. Over all, great service. Wouldn't hesitate to use this group again.

Description of Work: technician came to diagnose on friday 9/13. diagnosed and said i needed parts that would be ordered. charged for service call but that is one time, so when they come back to install the parts and do the repair, no additional service call charge. fine. i called for repair to kitchenaid stove burner but also had them order and fix ice maker problem with kitchenaid fridge. no problem. parts came in early the next week came and technician did repairs quickly and professionally on friday 9/20. only issue is that the appointment window is 1 - 4 and both times, i must have been completely last on the list because on 9/13 he showed up at 3:45 and on 9/20 he showed up at 3:55. which meant that i had to hang around the house for the entire window. it would be nice to be first in an appointment window sometime. but it must be my aura.

Description of Work: My washing machine became very ill and could not function. Mr Wooten came to the house and correctly diagnosed the problem and then proceeded to render care to the machine( thank goodness the machine did not require any stay in ICU ). The machine is so much better after Mr. Wooten's care. He was very pleasant,arrived on time and went right to work. I am very pleased with his service and would not hesitate to call on him again and I would recommend him to family and friends.

Description of Work: They came to fix a faulty burner and did the job nicely; however, they also promised a follow-up on finding a microwave to replace our existing one and on that they dropped the ball, never following up.

Description of Work: My dishwasher leaked because the door was not shutting properly. I tried to fix it myself but could not. He fixed it and it has been working perfectly these many months.

Description of Work: My dryer stopped heating and first just a fuse needed to be replaced. Then I discovered that the gas wasn't always igniting and they showed me how to deal with that after they spent a lot of time figuring out what was going on. I'd definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Didn't perform repair. I left a message explaining my problem and asked whether they serviced in my area. Received return message stating they do not. When checking on Angie's List, it mentioned two reviewers were serviced by Wooten. Was disappointed I was turned down.

Description of Work: The two technicians came to my home to see why my refrigerator keep freezing up, with in minutes they figured out the problem by testing two things and were knowledgable of knowing about past issues with this appliance they were able to come to the conclusion that it needed a new computer board. They carried this part on there truck and within minutes it was replaced and my working wonderfully.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $74. It took a couple of visits, so I ended up spending more than the Deal. They installed a condenser on the refrigerator.
