Description of Work: Even tho it was an official US gov't snow day, Daryl called and confirmed he would arrive on schedule...needless to say, I was impressed. He was very knowledgeable & professional, checking & cleaning mechanisms/filters on the fridge, DW, disposer and washer/dryer. |He took time to answer all my questions and explained what should be done to keep all the applicances running in tip-top condition. The clothes dryer was broken and he repaired it at no cost! That alone was worth more than the $99 cost of the entire service. I would definitely recommend Wooten & use them again.

Description of Work: Our fridge was not keeping items cold or items frozen in the freezing compartment. I called Stang and they came right out and checked the fridge. He had the part in his van. He installed and our refrigerator immediately began running. It was about 40 minutes from the time he arrived until he was done. We did not lose any food and were impressed by Stang's response.

Description of Work: Our washer was developing a bad mold ring on the outer section of the basin (front loader) and it was not emptying after the wash cycle. The technician came out and quickly determined the motor had burned out. He gave an reasonable/market-value estimate for the motor replacement and advised that he could replace the outer wash ring too. He did not try to upsell us on anything and was very nice.

Overall, the service was fine but the technician who arrived told me my appliances were less than five years old and didn't need to be serviced. Everything he told me about maintenance on the appliances were items that I already knew and doing.

Description of Work: The Angie's list ad made it seem like the company was going to inspect my appliance to assess for their proper functioning. They just turned apppliances on and off, never looking inside to check for anyhting not visible to the eye. I paid $ 100 for something I already knew. The biggest waste of money and time. They came right at the end of the 3 hour window.A very dissapointing experience.The workman who came was polite, but confirmed that that was all he was told to do by Wotten: to turn appliances on and off.I was deceived to believe that they were going to inspect my washer, dryer, dishwater and refrigerator. Please correct the description on their offer.

Description of Work: They ran two cycles of the washing machine to check for any problems and there were none. While this was being done, they opened the front panel of the dryer and cleaned it out. We were extremely pleased with the service and how confident they made us feel before they left that if a problem did resurface within 90 days, there would be no service fee when they came back.

Description of Work: Prompt, friendly. Ask if I had any issues with the appliances. The service was for a dishwasher, refrigerator and washer and dryer. He serviced the dish washer cleaning the spray thing, and showed me that was the reason my dishes were not getting clean. He cleaned under my refrigerator and also cleaned the dryer vent . I was pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Very willing to answer questions and work with our family. The provider had two different people asking him questions at the same time. Will reccommend to friends with out hesitation. Made us feel more knowledgeable about our appliances and how to operate them correctly. The provider did not make us feel rushed in anyway. The refrigerator, dryer, washer, and dishwasher were all checked and cleaned. We feel we will get the cost of this service back in our appliances lasting longer and peace of mind. We are a very happy customer family.
