Description of Work: I have used them on two different occasions to repair two different refridgerators. They were prompt and courteous on both occasions.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with my experience with this company. My Kenmore HE washing machine stopped working and displayed an error code. I googled the error code and found the issue related to the electronic board and was very, very costly to repair. My husband and I considered purchasing a new washing machine in lieu of a fix given the significant cost and the age of my 10+ year-old washing machine. So glad I took a chance on Angie's list and found this contractor. I called and my call went into voicemail (wierd). I left a message and was pleasantly surprised to receive a return call within the hour. A woman named Stephanie called me back and made an appt. She even researched the cost of replacing the electronic board and called me back with an estimate. Well, I didn't need any of this. A repairman showed up, looked at my washer and told me to look closely because this is an issue I could fix myself. He taught me what to do, fixed my machine and was finished within a total of 20 minutes. It cost me $99 TOTAL and I've had no more problems. I was and continue to be VERY VERY pleased with the performance of my washing machine. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We had a pretty good experience with this company. We weren't able to reach a person directly when we called the first few times. We left messages, and they did call back within 24 hours, but we played phone tag for a few days. Their fee was $120 to come look at our appliances - we needed our ice machine and dishwasher fixed. They said that if they had to do more work, they would apply the $120 that we had already payed. The man who came out spent about 2 hours working on our appliances, and they are both fully working now. I am pleased with the price, but if they had been easy fixes, we still would have spent $120. I would use them again - they were flexible with our schedules and ultimately fixed our appliances.

Description of Work: The tech came and told me they didn't service my brand of washer/dryer but looked at the dryer vent. He didn't have equipment to do behind refrigerator cleaning so he didn't do that. And he showed me to put ice in the disposal to help sharpen the blades. I requested a refund.

Description of Work: Went fine. Our appliances are in good condition and did not need any servicing or cleaning. Wish I'd known that. Also, ranges are not included in this service (perhaps I missed that in the fine print), and it was the appliance I most wanted inspected!

Description of Work: They neglected to do the dishwasher, and I didn't see anything substantial done that I thought was going to be done. I was under the (perhaps mistaken) impression that the dishwasher would have the trap cleaned out and checked, the fridge motor etc checked (he did take the bottom off and clean out some dust, but that is all I saw), the washer and dryer received nothing more than a cursory look. Maybe that is all that was required, but I expected more. I would not have paid for the service if that is all that was on the service program. Disappointing.
