Description of Work: Checked the performance of our kitchen appliances. We had been having problems with our dishwasher's performance. He did not have the part and came back for a 2nd visit to repair it and did not charge us for the trip. He also recommended reducing the amount of dishwasher detergent and it worked--our dishes now come out clean!

Description of Work: I read all of the reviews and I was impressed so I went ahead and purchased the Big Deal for $139 for a large appliance repair. After initial communication was made via the Angie's List message board, there was no more communication. It's been 6 days and I can't get a response. I've requested a refund from AL. I will find another company that can do the job. I need a working washing machine. Hopefully they understand how important communication is for business.

Description of Work: They came over and looked at our appliances and determined the problem. The person who came was very knowledgeable about our appliance.

Description of Work: The heating coil in the dryer ceased to function. Our technician arrived at 6pm for a 1-5pm appointment window (probably more the result of bad scheduling than anything else). He was efficient, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the dryer fixed in 20 min. I thought that the price of $200 was fairly steep for a $50 part and 20 minutes of work, but the dryer was fixed quickly.

Description of Work: Overall service was excellent. For $99.00, all of my major appliances were serviced and I was provided useful advice regarding preventative maintenance. Wooten's representative was punctual, pleasant, informative and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Darryl was great! Professional & helpful. He didn't have part for front loader and once ordered they would have exceeded cost of new machine.

Description of Work: They were able to replace the bad part in my refrigerator on the first visit. They were also able to find the correct hinges for my 16 year old built in oven door. Also checked into the availability of a replacement control panel. This was no longer available. |The service man was very polite and knowledgeable. Have used them before and definitely will do so in the future. A++ in my opinion.

Description of Work: Originally repaired a Thermador down draft for my range cook top. When I called them back they said they do not work on Thermador down drafts. When I reminded them that that worked on in about 6 months prior, they still said that they do not work on them. Very disappointing. The first service was rescheduled about three times because they were in Rockville and would not get to my house by 8 PM.

Description of Work: Repaired inoperable dishwasher. What really impressed me was the tenacity shown by Wooten to make sure the appliance was fixed properly. My dishwasher had a hard to diagnose issue, and Wooten went above and beyond to get to the bottom of it. They never charged me for labor or parts that didn't solve the problem. In the end, they found the problem and were just as satisfied to fix the problem as I was. They treated my dishwasher is if it were there own. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Pure professionals, some of the best contractors I've ever hired.

Description of Work: My washing machine stopped working. Wooten was able to come out within a day of calling them. They gave me a 4 hour window and then called me 30 minutes before the technician arrived. The technician arrived within 30 minutes of calling. Unfortunately, he quickly realized that the motherboard was fried. He suggested that I get a new machine rather than pay for the costly repair. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use Wooten again.
