Description of Work: I purchased a $139 deal for a large appliance repair. I had them work on the washing machine and they go it working again.

Description of Work: Wooten appliance techician performed service call on gas dryer and gas oven using Angie's Lists discount coupon (two for one). Both appliances were not working and potentailly needed to be replaced. Technician assessed overall condition of the appliances and provided very timely repairs at minimul costs. Enjoyed working with the company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Reset dishwasher keypad which wasn't working. Went on to check out and clean out under blades. Very knowledgeable, courteous and reasonable.

Description of Work: Issue at very beginning was the man who came didn't seem to know where my condo building was and he seemed a bit short w/me in getting the directions, but after that it was fine. My appliances are all 10 years old and he answered my questions and showed me what to do re fridge (the water filter) and dish washer.

Description of Work: I placed an order with Wooten and it turns out they are not in the Fairfax, VA service area. Wooten should list the areas they DO perform work in. Now my credit card has been charged and I can expect a refund in ten days which is very inconvenient. Wooten did send me an email immediately informing me that they do not service my area. My recommendation - if your service area isn't listed explicitly on Angie's List then call the service provider before you place an order tio confirm they will come to your area.

Description of Work: This was the best appliance repair service I have ever used. They came right away. It turned out to be very embarrassing for me. I had had so much trouble with my refrigerator that I assumed it was the same problem. Actually, I had inadvertently turned it off because the control was in the freezer section and it was filled to the brim. The repairman came out right away because it was hot and I was without. He helped me feel not too embarrassed and charged me less-I still have my coupon to use later.

Description of Work: The technician came within the time frame promised. |My understanding was that he was to fix one large appliance and give me a diagnostic suggestion for a second appliance. |I wanted the ice machine fixed on my refrigerator and the oven checked to see why it was not lighting correctly. |The tech evaluated both appliances and told me that my ice maker was fine but I needed a new water filter. The oven needed a new igniter. I bought a new filter for my refrigerator but the ice maker still does not work. The tech who fixed the oven looked at it and said that the part needed to fix it was simple to order and install. |I was pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the company but my initial issue is still not resolved. I did like them well enough to try again to get the ice maker fixed if they would give me a discount for the service not performed in the initial visit |

Description of Work: Couldn't schedule service. Angie's list hours run to 4pm, store web site is 6pm, but that's not necessarily service. Store states service scheduling on phone only to 3:30pm and actually close a few minutes sooner. Message then is to schedule with web site, which seems to be old style email exchange scheduling. Probably not an F, but not a superstar A. I'll have to use another vender.

Description of Work: Repairs to gas wall oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Parts had to be ordered, which necessitated a second visit. These were parts that would not normally be carried in s service provider's inventory due to cost & frequency of failures. Service person (who also was the owner) was very professional and knowledgeable. I considered the prices for service and parts to be very reasonable. I will definitely use this service provider again.
