Description of Work: Fridge repair; had to order LG part. Other providers had declined to work on LG because parts are hard to get, so I was especially pleased to have this problem fixed.

Description of Work: I payed for them to clean and evaluate all appliances, knowing that there were some existing problems that I expected to be quite expensive. They did a great professional job, and gave completely honest responses to issues that cost me a lot less money than expected. They are not out to bleed you. I do wish that the professional that visited the unit would have contacted me directly to discuss. That would have been an A+, but they still get an A.

Description of Work: They came in to repair my washing machine and did a great job of quickly isolating the issue and resolving it, and they also took a quick look at a dryer that was performing sub-optimally and got it working without any issues. Would recommend them definitely - proactive, thoughtful, timely service.

If the repairman, who was great, had been told to bring the switch I wouldn't have needed to miss work twice for a less than 5 minute repair.
