Description of Work: Washer was not wringing clothes out well. Serviceman assessed that the agitator was broken and the transmission was shot. Repair would cost more than $450. He suggested we get a new machine and gave us a recommended brand (Speed Queen).

Description of Work: I used a coupon to pay for a dishwasher repair. The technician made two visits. On the first he established what the problem was, and on the second he replaced a part with one he had sourced. The coupon was for a single visit, but he did not charge me for the second, just for the part. The work was efficiently done, and the technician dissuaded me from doing any additional interverntions, telling me that they were unnecessary for safe operation of the dishwasher.

Description of Work: The issue was the fee was agreed upon, but when it came down to it, he didn't do much. He came in, identified the faulty part (which took about 5 minutes) and left. I don't know if it's his fault that the fee was so high for the services provided.

Description of Work: Replaced the soap dispenser on my dishwasher. Ordered the part and was back the next week to install. Check my washing machine that was not spinning during the spin cycle. A very simple repair which could have cost hundreds of dollars or a new machine. The workman gave me options buy a replacement part or I can just replace this wire.

Description of Work: They cleaned the vent on my dryer. The service went great -- on time, friendly guy, etc. Making the appointment was kind of a pain because they couldn't schedule it much in advance, they didn't return phone calls, said they didn't have my number even though they had called me already and it was on my work order, no one answered their phone during business hours, etc.
