Description of Work: I bought a "deal" for "1 Large Appliance repair for $139". They don't tell you that it's only for them to come and look at the appliance. I guess it's in the fine print. I will be taking these crooks to small claims to get my money back!

Description of Work: Kenmore 80 washing machine would fill up with water but then nothing else would happen. | |Set up a time and date for repair and Dale from Wooten Appliance came by on the appointed time. After investigating the machine, he told me the lid switch had gone bad. He told me a new lid switch would be $55.12, which he admitted was a lot of money for a little piece of plastic and he informed me he could save me some dough by simply bypassing the lid switch. I figured $55 wasn't that big of a deal, so I told him to install a new switch. Dale installed the lid switch in a matter of minutes and the machine worked again. | |Since the repair (now 7 months ago), I haven't had any problems with the machine and would happily recommend Wooten Appliance.

Description of Work: Wooten Appliance is the first repair company I have had who successfully worked on my Subzero refrigerator. Although the first fix was not successful (we were trying some conservative options), they returned with the ultimate fix and no extra service charge. Very pleasant, though not prompt. I'm very happy to have them for future use.

Description of Work: Checked all kitchen appliances and calibrated my oven, which had never been done previously. Now, the dial matches the interior oven temps. Awesome!!

Description of Work: i bought the coupon for the labor - diagnosis and repair. parts were additional (about $100). some challenges in scheduling - no appointments available for at least a week. then, appointment had to be coordinated with my tenant (not Wooten's fault). but good work, good customer service.

Description of Work: According to the Angie's List add they inspected my kitchen appliances for possible abnormalities, leaks, or calibrations. It went quite well. The Tech, Codie, from Wooten was very professional, punctual, and he had a very good understanding of his duties. I'm very glad I decided to take advantage of the Appliance tune up Wooten advertised with Angie's List!
