Description of Work: They came and said it can't be repaired. It was as if they knew this before they came out. So we basically paid the full price for the servicing of the washing machine, but they did nothing. They then charged my wife $99, in addition to what we paid on Angie's list. She didn't realize, nor did they remind her. We called for them to tear up the check. They did. But, all in all it was a waste of money. They described the service to repair an appliance. Our washing machine has been working for 2 years, just off balance. I feel they didn't have any intention or want to do the repair.

Description of Work: The technician evaluated the dryer quickly and determined he would need a part to finish the repair. He told me I could continue using the dryer while the part was acquired and returned a few days later and was efficient in completing the project. The dryer has worked perfectly since then, and I am very happy with the quality of service provided.
