Although it took almost a week to connect with Daryl because his answering service isn't that great, it was worth the wait. He quickly diagnosed that I needed a new computer for my wall oven. He wasn't sure if a new one was still available but said, if not, he could get a refurbished one. He gave me the price for a new and refurbished. Daryl Wooten is nothing short of amazing. I've been using Wooten Appliance services since 2007. Daryl is always prompt with returning calls, punctual on appointment,s exceptionally helpful in providing solutions and is cost effective. Could not be more effusive in my recommendation! Service and Price - par excellence!

Contacted Wooten to arrange to have our washing machine fixed (machine would cut off after rinse cycle and would not drain or spin). Arranged for morning appt. and they contacted me the night before to confirm and provide a better estimate as to their arrival. They arrived when they said, analyzed the problem, gave us 2 options (one of which cost $70 more) and fixed the problem within 20 minutes of arrival. There was no labor charge and only their standard trip charge of $99). Darryl the owner came and was extremely courteous and professional (my wife commented that he even took his shoes off upon entering - it had been wet outside). Would highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises!

Daryl was awesome and a true lifesaver! My washer had not been working for several months and in a matter of minutes, Daryl had me up and running again. Granted it was a simple repair, but Daryl was a true professional and was punctual and able to work within my parameters... which of late are a challenge. Daryl, thank you for such a wonderful experience and we will call you again when the need arises. You were a breath of fresh air compared to others we had attempted to contact.

He was very good, as advertised. He was excellent. He came when he said. I would use him in the future.

They came within two days of my call. Stayed in touch until they got here, and then fixed it. It was a huge relief because we are leaving for vacation tomorrow and have lots of laundry to do! No drama.

I called Wooten Appliance the Thursday before they came. Lunch time is 13.00 - 14.00 so best not to call then if you want to talk to someone. I called at 14.00 and got through to a helpful lady. I asked if my area was covered and she quickly contacted Mr Wooten by mobile to check. I am slightly out of the area so it was an additional $10 or so to come to me which I though was fine. The call out charge was $109. I set up appointment for following Tuesday which was earliest Mr Wooten could come out. The day before Mr Wooten called me in the evening to say he would be coming between 09.00 and 12.00 which is the normal window I am used to with most companies. Mr Wooten arrived around 11.00. I explained the issues I had been having and Mr Wooten quickly went to work at dismantling and checking the machine. It turned out it was those errant socks and knickers slipping between the drum and machine wall and he took all of those out suggesting those mesh bags in the future to prevent it from happening again. He said the machine was good apart from that and said that my stepson (a fixer once he knows the procedure needed) would be able to sort things out next time which was really helpful. We then settled up and it was $137 in the end. Originally it was $157 but with first timers Angie's coupon I got $20 knocked off which was great! This was a highly positive experience and I would definitely recommend Mr Wooten for all appliance issues. Thank you!

Our dryers vent was venting upwards. He has really done a lot of good work for us. My daughter feels very comfortable with him.

i am a previous customer of Wooten (5 years at least) and have also referred them to many friends. Contacted Mr. Wooten to fix old dishwasher that was leaking. He arrived when promised, scheduling was easy. He cleared the drain and all is working fine. He is such a pleasure to work with. Fair priced, quality work, pleasant and most importantly, gets things working again! I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely wonderfully. Here on time, cost was exactly what they quoted and job was completed in the time estimated. I will be working with Wooten Appliances from now. A true And true professional company.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling. All the food spoiled. We cleaned it out and called Wooten Appliance on a Friday. They returned the call the following Monday. They were out within a day. They quickly identified the problem. It was not our worse fear. It turned out to be a relay. (a $50 part)Here's where the problem occurred. The part was not available through local parts distributors. It was available only through Maytag. They said it would take a "couple weeks" to order the part. What they didn't tell us was that the part was backordered. At two weeks, I called to find when the part would be in. It required three more calls before I was told that the part was backordered and would be in three weeks in the future.Clearly, Wooten is not set up for dealing with unique part and has no way of tracking the purchase of parts. The receptionist needed to call the service technician to find out the story on the part and he didn't know it was backordered until he called Maytag to find out what had happened. The relay was installed 5 weeks from the time of the first service. He was in and out in five minutes.Wooten would be advised to figure out a better system for ordering unique parts. I would use Wooten again if this problem were resolved. The technician was super. He was prompt and professional. He presented a good company image. The problem was the parts.

I was contacted by Mr. Wooten and an appointment was scheduled. He even called the night before to confirm the scheduled appointment. He arrived within 5 minutes of the designated time he gave. He went to work immediately and was able to determine and resolve the issue quickly. He not only provided a good tip on how I could avoid the problem in the future but even showed what to do if the problem occurred again so I could avoid a service call! Now that's what I call real customer service!!! Mr. Wooten was courteous, professional and friendly. I would definitely use his services again should the need arise.

Daryl was great. Showed up and fixed my washer the same day I requested service. He even explained the options for repair so that I could decide whether I wanted it fixed a cheaper way that would bypass a safety feature. I opted to keep the safety feature (kids), but really appreciated his honesty in giving me the option. He even worked quietly and didn't wake my baby who was sleeping in the next room! I would definitely use Wooten again. I only put n/a for price because I didn't do a price comparison with other companies. Wooten has a $109 service charge, and I don't know what other companies do. A+

Our refrigerator was leaking from the bottom of the unit. Upon arrival Mr. Wooten quickly and efficiently analyzed the problem and determined that it was a minor issue of the refrigerator drain that was clogged. In addition, Mr. Wooten noticed that the ice maker was not functioning properly as well and repaired that also. Therefore, I received two repairs for one price within a short period of time. In deed, the company was professional and reflective of all previous grade A ratings. We will definitely use this company in the future.

Daryl was professional and got the job done quickly. He came for the initial evaluation on a Thursday and returned on Tuesday with a part to complete the repair. He lowered his initial estimate of labor charges since the job was quicker than he expected. He was not familiar with our icemaker but consulted with a friend who provided guidance on the repair. We will use Wooten again for appliance repairs.

Bought "big deal" for 3 service calls. Called monday, they said they could come tuesday . Was some mixup in scheduling, but technician ended up coming at 7pm rather than wait til another day. Repaired washer, and then also checked out other concerns I had with dryer and with washer. Made one fix in 5 mins that another repairman told me couldn't be done. Very professional, friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the quality of service, and the professionalism. Bill would have been $129, so big deal for 3 visits for $189 is a great deal.

Wooten appliance repaired dryer that another repair service had misdiagnosed. Daryl was punctual, personable, and professional, and seemed to want me to observe the repair process, which speaks volumes about Daryl's confidence and acumen. He made recommendations that saved me additional repairs and money, and even gave me ideas for what appliances to purchase in the future. It also bears mention that his support staff is also pleasant, courteous, and professional. Not only would I use Wooten again-- I have already recommended them to friends!

I called Wooten Appliance for lint buildup noticed in our 11 year old stacked washer/dryer combo. I was able to make an appointment for the following Monday (called late Thursday) and was given an upfront price estimate for Darryl to come out. On Monday morning Darryl arrived within the scheduled appointment time, made a quick diagnosis of the dryer, and went right to work. In addition to cleaning out the built up lint in the unit he also inspected the motors, gears, and other inner workings. Darryl was friendly, professional, and completed his work in less than 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to use Wooten again in the future.

I called Wooten Appliance and received a same day appointment. The receptionist was very nice and helpful in scheduling. Darryl was running late so called to let me know he would be about 30 minutes behind schedule, which I appreciated. The repair took about 20 minutes and the dishwasher was back in working order. Same day appointments, kind service technicians, and being respectful of my time -- couldn't ask for more.

Amazing customer service. To find a company that will come back to complete the job in the same day is very rare these days. Not only did they resolve the issue late into the evening, but they did not charge or request an additional service fee or trip charge. We paid the amount that was originally estimated with no questions asked. I will definitely use Wooten again if we have any issues in the future.

The appointment was scheduled to occur about 24 hours after my call. Mr. Wooten quickly replaced the latch. He is professional and courteous. In the future, Wooten Appliance will be the first number I call for all appliance repairs.

I can't fully express how much I admire and appreciate Daryl's incredible work ethic, his commitiment to providing excellent service, and his personal warmth. When he couldn't identify the problem initially, he arranged to return in the evening to pursue the issue further. For several hours of work, he charged us nothing, not even the service charge. Just a remarkable person. His number will be on our speed dial from now on.

It turned out that the answer to our problem was fairly easy and he didn’t have to use any new parts or anything. They were very honest about it and they only charged us for the service call. They were professional, customer service oriented, and easy to work with. They called the night before and ten minutes before they arrived which was nice because I have little kids.

Darrell was terrific. He came and assessed the problem, said that he would return the next day with the part to repair it, also recommended a dryer vent cleaner. He came the next day made the repair and then came again a few days later as the dryer was rattling and repaired that issue.
