Darryl should be a role model for all technicians. He called beforehand to let me know the time of his arrival. He was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, my 12 year old Whirpool refrigerator was leaking freeon and too costly to repair. I paid the charge of $99 for the estimate. After Darryl left I realized I had further questions. He returned my call and was extremely helpful. I found him to be honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Overall the work was good. The markup on the part was a bit high (researching the cost of the part, I could have gotten it for more than half the cost). I would use them again, just buy my own part.

Contacted repair company through Angie's List coupon. They responded promptly and we scheduled the appointment. Repair person -- who I believe is the owner -- showed up on time ans was very competent anfd professional. Had the part we needed on his truck, which eliminated the need for a follow up visit. Fixed it right thefirst time -- we have not had any more problems/issues with the washer.

Mr Wooten came out to our house at 8 pm on a Thursday to work on the dryer (which was suddenly making a horrible noise). He did a temporary fix, which enabled us to use the dryer again, and then returned a few days later at no additional charge for services to install a part, which was only about $15. He was very nice, kept in touch with me on his expected times of arrival, and fixed the problem very quickly, all at a reasonable price. I used a coupon available on Angie's List. I highly recommend his company.

The work itself was excellent and the guy who did it was terrific - he also made an effort to get me some extra information. It's a "B" for responsiveness though because of their TWO (one after the other) robotic voice phone-answering services with, often, no option but to leave a message after navigating both systems. I totally get saving money in a small business, but you may experience some frustration in making contact. I especially enjoyed the robotic computer-generated voicemail instructing me to "BEEEE PAYY-SHYEEE-ENNT" - apparently the problem is not their phone-answering arrangements but my impatience. This is a *very good* provider, reliable and personable, but if you're annoyed by serial voicemail silliness, be ready for that. Let's hope they fix it.

Because a previous repairman had apparently inadvertently removed the wiring diagram from inside the oven, a few more diagnostics were required and the manufacturer had to be contacted. That required a bit more time and a total of 3 visits to our house. Darrell was efficient, competent, did what he said he would do when he said he would do it, and was pleasant throughout. I recommend him without hesitation.

We called Wooten Appliance because of a problem with our gas oven. It would take a long time to preheat and we could smell gas. They gave us an idea of what it might and were able to come out within a few days. Daryl was excellent: professional and knowledgeable. The cost was exactly what they estimated. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

Darrell Wooten is the nicest guy in the world. Diagnosed both problems within minutes. He did not have the parts in his truck but he returned the next day with them ready to install. Installed in both the element and ice maker in minutes. Prompt friendly service all the way through! I will definitely use again if I something else has a problem.

DARRELL SAVED ME 1000.00! I called Darrell to arrange for a service appointment for my washing machine. When he called back to arrange for an service call - I informed him that I had decided to purchase a new machine instead. He said he understood completely but inquired anyway as to the nature of my problem. I explained it in detail to him, and also told him the opinions I had received from some other service people. He said that he respectfully disagreed with the advice others had given and said that it sounded like a very minor issue and if so, he would be able to repair it for the price of a service call. I asked him if there were some easy diagnostics that I could perform to see if he was correct. He told me a couple of things that I could do --- and VOILA - he was correct. I cancelled the delivery of the new washer - paid Darrell 100.00 and put the extra 1000.00 in my pocket. THANK YOU DARRELL FOR BEING SO CONCERN, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and HONEST!

Daryl was friendly and quick. He gave us an Angies List discount even though it was not our initial service call. He went above and beyond the initial belt replacement by cleaning and servicing the dryer since it was already open and taken apart. There was no charge for the extra work.

I contacted Wooten to repair a dryer after another repairman diagnosed the problem incorrectly (which included a costly solution, of course!) They gave excellent advice, saving me time and money.Service was prompt, timely, and exceptionally professional. I could not be more pleased. Highly recommended!

I was mislead, I thought they would work on more than one appliance and they would not. Also they said it was good for 3 appointments but only came for 1.

I had an issue with my refrigerator and freezer not getting cool enough. There was plenty of frost and I knew the coils had frozen up. I had vacumed out the air filter and thought I defrosted it enough, but my efforts failed to solve the problem. I called Wooten appliance and they were able to quickly accomodate my schedule to checkout my problem. Mr. Wooten was very professonal and knowlegeable. He knew exactly what the problem was and even gave me a couple of options to fix the problem. Neither of which was outrageously priced. As this was a common problem he had the parts in his workvan and was able to fix the problem on the spot. I will definitely be using Mr. Wooten again and will give my highest recommendation to my friends.

They were responsive, prompt, and acted with integrity. The owner of the company came to repair the pump and he alerted me that with his inspection the pump may not need to be replaced. He called that to my attention and asked if I wanted him to proceed with the work instead of just taking the money and running. I would definitely be inclined to use this company again in the future over other companies, they were a winning package! The owner came here after another highly rated company I got off of Angie's List came who acted in a way that they refused to disclose to me the break down of the price to me because it was "in my best interest that I not know."

Only reason I am giving them an "F" is that there is no "G" or "H". When I scheduled the appt, the staff was very friendly and prompt, seemed to be on their game. I scheduled for him to come in the morning, between 9-1 I believe it was. I get a call from Daryl at 9:30 saying he will be at my place at 10:00. Fantastic, now I can plan the rest of my day around that so I began to set up meetings for later on. 11:30 comes, no Daryl. I call his cell, you can't leave a message. I called his staff, and they said he is running behind and he is finishing up and is on his way. I asked where is he, so I know how long until he gets here. They did not know, so I asked that they call him and find out. They called back at 11:55 and said his GPS says 15 minutes. At 12:30, still no Daryl. So I just got tired of it and cancelled the appointment because I have to go about my day. I guess Daryl finally arrived at 12:35 and texted me from my driveway and apologized for running late and offered to waive the service fee if I want to reschedule. 30-60 minutes in this business is running late. 3 hours after the time promised is unacceptable. Shocking that a company that gets nothing but "A" grades performs at this level.

Daryl was outstanding. I was leaving the country for a week and did not want my refrigerator not in working order while I was gone. He had to order the part, picked it up the next day and worked around my schedule to finish the job prior to my departure.

He went out of his way to come to our area. He did more than we had expected by repairing another issue with our refrigerator. He was also very courteous and punctual.

When my washer stopped working, I went to Angie's List and found this company, which is very highly rated, was offering a coupon. So I bought it, called the company, and set up the appointment. The serviceman was a bit late because he had trouble finding my house. But it took him only a few minutes to diagnose the problem, and just as quickly fixed it. Washer works fine now. Be very clear when giving directions, and be flexible about appointments. These folks are very busy.

He did great work, was friendly and was totally respectful of our house. He didn't drop tools on our tile floors, cleaned up what he really didn't need to, and he wore shoe covers. I would strongly urge you to call Daryl at Wooten.

Unfortunately my Kenmore Elite frigerator stopped getting cold AGAIN. It seems to have nothing but problems. I recently signed up for Angies LIst so you were the first people I went to. I initially used the company at the top of your list, which was WOOTON APPLIANCES refrigerator repair. Andrea', who answered the phone was very pleasant and accomodating. Unfortunately ther frige tech was on vacation and would not return until the 23rd of April. Andrea immediately recommended William from WRIGHT REFRIGERATION. I could not have been happier. When William showed up he was very polite, neat, tidy and profressional. William was able to diagnose the problem withing minutes of opening the frige and was on the phone ordering parts. The parts had to be ordered and showed up on Saturday morning. William came over that very day, replaced all the parts. I am very satisfied with his work. I would strongly recommend WRIGHT REFRIGERATION being added to your companies list.

I found them through Angie's List. I used them for the first time and they were great.
