I took advantage of the $99 service call office from Angie. Contractor showed up as promised, diagnosed the problem and returned in a day or two with the new part to replace the faulty one, and charged us only for the part - with no further labor charge. Very pleased and I will call on this company again to be sure.

I have seen the "A" rating on Angie List, so I have tried many time to contact them for service. Every time I have tried to contact them I get an answering machine. It doesn't matter what time I have called. It must be a one person operation, because I never get in contact with them. I would advise to go to a larger more responsive appliance company with good ratings.

Mr. Wooten was prompt, very professional, and knowledgeable - there were several problems with our refrigerator - he gave us options and was very fair in his pricing - It is the most positive appliance repair I have ever had - Thank you !

I was very pleased. I had been unhappy with the former company that had done repair work on my machine so I thought I would give Wooten a try. I was glad I did. I would recommend Wooten Appliance to anyone. Daryl was a pleasure to work with.

Very good experience. They came out the day after I called, were prompt and courteous, took the time to explain what they were doing and give me advice on maintenance of appliances, and left both pieces cleaner than when they arrived.

I called over a vwekend and got a call back that Monday to schedule service which was scheduled for later Monday. Mr. Wooton diagniosed the problem and ordered a major part that was due in Wednesday. He wanted to install the part late Wednesday at 5:00 which was not convenient for us as the instasll would run into dinner time but we accepted the schedule just to get the work completed. at 6 PM Mr. Wooton called to say he wouldn't be at our house for at least another half hour and that installation would take until about 8 PM. The service was great, but it did take them a week to get back to me from my initial email, and another week and a half to get the necessary part in and install it. I understand that they were super-busy due to the coupon offer, but I'm also giving them a slight hit on the responsiveness rating as a result. No hard feelings, and I'd certainly use them again.

It went extremely well. The technician arrive ahead of the appointment time. He was friendly, competent and efficient in fixing our leaking washer. The repair has held up perfectly.

I called when I realized my 3 year old Maytag refrigerator wasn't very cool anymore, though the freezer seemed to be working fine. He came out the same day I called, very personable and professional. He quickly identified the problem and explained how to position the food in the refrigerator to preserve it until he could return with the correct replacement fan. Promised to call me that evening to schedule the return trip for the installation, which would either be Thursday or Friday. As promised, he called that evening and said he'd be out the following morning. He arrived on time with a partner and quickly made the repair. He also had a quick look at a dryer, since I wasn't sure if there might be a lint clog. He checked the venting for me, said it was fine, and also vacuumed down under the lint screen, and was able to remove a good bit of lint to help improve performance. He really knows his stuff and shares what he knows. Trustworthy and likeable. I would definitely call him again.

He was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and helpful. Daryl educated us on how much soap to use (a real eye opener!) to prevent a repeat of the issue. I'd highly recommend Wooten to anyone and will use them again.

Large kitchen appliances were first uninstalled, then a week later reinstalled to allow for retiling of kitchen floor. CHarge of $175 was lower than anyone else we called. Unfortunately, someone within the company failed to put us on the schedule for the initial uninstall, causing our tiling job to have to start late and ultimately for our kitchen to be unusable for an extra 2 1/2 days. However, Daryl (who I believe is the owner) was very apologetic and professional about it. He ended up letting us apply a credit for a service call (from a BIG DEAL we had previously bought) to pay for the job, instead of charging us $175. He has serviced other appliances in our home and is always very pleasant to work with and honest and patient explaining what does and doesn't need to be done. I plan to use Wooten again.

Late afternoon on a Friday I discovered that my washing machine had finished it's cycle without actually spinning the excess water out of the clothes. When I reset the cycle to spin, the drum of the machine remained still. I could smell a little burning type smell as I waited for it to spin, so I shut the machine off and chose Wooten on Angie's List. It was the very end of the work day, so I was surprised and happy to reach Daryl Wooten immediately on the phone, but then a little discouraged when I learned that I'd have to wait till Monday morning when his work week began again. Still, Daryl was so nice on the phone that I decided I'd schedule the appointment and end my search for repair. When I went to take care of the wet clothes in my washing machine, I discovered that a metal-tipped lace from a waist band had wedged under the shaft that spins the drum, stopping the spin. Happily, I discovered that once I yanked it free, the drum started to spin, so I was able to finish that load and continue with more loads. What to do? I'd scheduled the appointment. Should I keep it and let Daryl check on the washer's health...and dryer's too for that matter, or should I cancel the appointment? Since I'd smelled a burning smell, I decided to keep the appointment, but I left Daryl a message so he'd know what was up before he arrived early on Monday. Daryl called Monday morning to let me know he'd gotten my message as well when he expected to arrive. He showed up on time with a nice young man as his assistant. They checked over my washer and dryer, finding that the dryer was in fine condition, not even needing a cleaning. The washing machine on the other hand, had a belt that was indeed on the verge of breaking, full of a cracks. Showing the belt to me, Daryl estimated that it would have lasted only another 3 weeks or so. So my decision to keep the appointment saved me from a future headache! Yay for me ;) To top it all off, Daryl kindly took the time to educate me a bit about my dryer, showing me how to release the bottom panel on the front of the dryer with a screw driver tip and then pointing out where the heating element is, telling me that it is around the element that one wants to be sure to keep free of lint build up. I can just vacuum it clear. Daryl was so nice, competent, calm and relaxed. I would recommend him to everyone! A+ !!

Good visit and well worth the money. Wooten was pretty clear that the washer wasn't worth fixing, and it only cost us $74 instead of a typical appliance service visit. We ended up buying a new one.
