Description of Work: Electronic panel of my stove stopped working. I had bought it in 2008 and the 3 year warranty had just expired. Daryl ordered the part and replaced it. He also worked on my refrigerator that stopped freezing. Apparently a piece that prevents icing in the inner "air ducts" as I understood. Very pleased with his work!

Description of Work: We bought a deal on Angies list with Wooten and called them for a dishwasher repair. (turned out it needed a new electrical panel). Technician was a lovely guy, professional, on time and generally really pleasant to deal with. Would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: The owner of the company, Darrell, came to my home initially on 12/8/11. My oven was not heating. He said that it was due either to a problem with the relay, which is inexpensive or the electronic board, which is expensive. He ordered both parts. Fortunately, the problem was with the relay. Darrell is very professional, well-mannered, polite, knowledgeable, and honest. He also replaced the bleach dispenser in my washing machine. On1/7/12, Darrell returned to my home to repair my dishwasher which was leaking. At first, he thought the problem was due to a seal. that was old and worn. He relaced the seal, but the dishwasher continued to leak. He discoverd that there was a hole in the dishwasher which he repaired with epoxy..

Description of Work: The dishwasher was shorting out. Based on Angie's List ratings I chose to call Wooten.I couldn't tell if the problem was the appliance or electrical. Describing the problem to the scheduler at Wooten she felt confident it was likely the appliance, though she did say she couldn't say for sure until taking a look. Well it is not the appliance, so I'm a bit glum about having to pay $99 just to be told that I need an electrician. So why give Wooten an A? The woman renting the house made a point of telling me that I made a great choice in choosing Wooten because the tech was in her words "great." He was thorough in diagnosing the problem and took the time to set up a temporary solution for her so she could use the dishwasher while I found an electrician. So kudos to Wooten for caring enough to provide thoughtful customer service. The tenant being happy makes me happy.

Description of Work: Very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the repairs. Came on time and got the job done quickly. In comparison, when I called the Sears repair number I was getting pressured to buy offers to for appliance insurance plans. I much prefer to deal with Wooten Appliance for my appliance repairs.

Description of Work: Daryle Wooten was exceptional in all respects....he was the only appliance repair person that believed our problem was a clogged pump in the dishwater... the others we called said the pump was gone and to buy a new dishwater....Daryle was very sociable, very friendly.... he even returned with a new cap for our dishwater dispenser ( we mentioned that the solution seemed to disapearing quickly...the dishwater works very well.... I highly recommend Wooten Appliance to everyone. His rates were very reasonable...

Description of Work: Called Wooten based on the Angies list views. Daryl is a busy guy! Fridge was not cooling and needed parts he didn't carry. Waited over weekend for parts but there was also another issue which needed more parts when he returned. Daryl is friendly and his prices are fair. Would use him again because he got the job done eventually and I feel I can trust him.
