Description of Work: The major problem I had with this service is that they did not provide service. I called several times and left messages. I received a return call and was promised a visit and estimate. No one showed up as promised. I received a call after the scheduled visit and rescheduled (I was told that that the provider was "very busy" with other customers but loved trees and would come as scheduled). No one came as (re)scheduled. I called again and asked if the provider were okay since a second missed visit seemed unlikely unless some traumatic event occurred. No answer to my call and no return call. I finally gave up and hired someone else (who was excellent). Very poor response and unreliable provider.

+ -1 moreI had a medium-sized dying maple tree located about 15 feet from my house and 40 feet from the neighbors. They cut it down without damaging anything, did the stump grinding, and chipped up all the brush. They arrived when they said they would for both the quote and the service. They had the best price for what I needed done out of 3 different quotes I received. I would prefer they wore hard hats etc. for their own safety, but that's not really my call.
Description of Work: Removed a medium-sized dying maple and ground up the stump.
