First Off - Excellent Job. Professional, Responsible, Responsive, Knowledgeable. Over the years, I have had a number of home inspections done in different states. Some good, some not. Rick far surpassed my expectations. Both my husband and I were able to be present at the home inspection. He reviewed items and areas thoroughly. When there was something of concern, no matter how small, he mentioned it and made us aware of it. This really helped us learn more about the house we are purchasing. We had a home, radon, and wdi inspection done. Rick was up front with pricing and what he would / could do and what he could not. The three plus hours he spent going over our property with us was greatly appreciated. This is the first time I've felt like the cost of an inspection was worth the time and the money. It took him at lease 4 hours to finish all this tasks, he answer all my questions with promptitude and guide me on how I could fix it also.
