Description of Work: Excellent work! Highly recommend. Owner/inspector Tom Cline - arrived 15 minutes before appointment time with the seller. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient explaining everything as he progressed through, under & over the house I am hoping to purchase. He took his time (2.5 hrs)even when an anxious seller arrived back home early, he did not rush to finish. The best home inspection (have owned 3 homes in the past) ever!! Thank you Liberty and Tom Cline!

+ -1 moreThe inspection was thorough and Tom explained everything he was doing. From the time he arrived to the time he left, Tom was very professional and open. I felt that he did not hold any information back (good or bad). He described in detail the good points found in the inspection and the bad. Overall, this home inspection left no stone unturned. If I had a question Tom took the necessary to explain it.
Description of Work: I had a home inspection preformed on an existing home that I am purchasing. The home was built in 1999, however the inspection was preformed just as thoroughly (I believe) as if it was 100 years old. The inspection was all the major structural and mechanical items, septic inspection and water testing. The general home inspection included the HVAC system, electrical system, all mechanical items (washer, dryer, hot water heater, stove, dish washer, etc.), structural items (foundation, floor & ceiling joists, walls, roof interior and exterior, etc.) The septic inspection included an internal tank inspection via a camera, locating the drain field and load testing the system. Digital pictures were taken of any exceptions that were found. A water sample was collected to test the well water. The inspection took roughly 5 hours. I had a full report the same night as the inspection. The water test results take about 5 days because they are tested by an outside company.

+ -1 moreThomas went one day prior to our inspection and left radon detectors so that a good test could be completed prior to our home inspection. Thomas was onsite when I arrived for our inspection. He was friendly, courteous, and thorough during the inspection. He took time to describe what he was doing and why. He pointed out both pros and cons during the inspection. Once the inspection was complete Thomas went over every finding and provided a very detailed printed report with pictures.
Description of Work: A home inspection was provided prior to the purchase of our new home. A Radon Inspection was also performed.
