Description of Work: I am very disgusted with the customer service and policies at Swim First in cockeysville maryland. I signed my son up for private lessons after a traumatic pool experience and he refused to get into the water and would scream and cry during his lessons. While the teacher was lovely, they let him cry the entire lesson and would not let me enter the pool area further traumatizing him. When I asked for a credit to resume lessons in the future and let him get over this recent event, I was told no. I lost $250 for lessons. They lost years of future business for my 3 children. I was told that I should change my expectations that he should continue lessons and learn to sit near the pool. That is not worth my money. As a specialist in child development and health, this is no way to teach a child. Do not take your children here!!!!!
