Description of Work: They were supposed to replace a single burner on my glasstop stove & Repair a microwave. |They broke my glasstop stove and then laughed when they told my wife how much it would cost me to repair. They left after completely disabling my stove. |They repaired the microwave, but ordered the wrong microwave door. Before they had even repaired the microwave, they told my wife that the microwave was leaking??? | |I informed GE of my disdain and that this particular service/serviceman was the epitome of why women are so hesitant to request service support these days. They should be shamed to have this individual even represent them in this day and age!
