I was very pleased and they were very respectful about covid situation, they were just very good, the repairman was mike and he was extremely good. The work ethics was great, he always updates me with the progress.

Hired Mike to remove rickety cement block chimney from side of house, did not go into house. When removed he found water damage which he competently repaired. It was a small job that turned into a big one. He came on the day he said he was going to come, just not the hour, to start project. When it became more complicated he fit us around his other jobs often working until dark. Other jobs with other contractors I would have had to wait until a spare day, Mike did all he could to get our job done in a timely manner. He did not take advantage and overcharge, he kept his charge very reasonable and was honest and upfront about any new work that needed doing and the costs. A word on punctuality. Though Mike was often did not arrive at the time arranged he did arrive. I have been stood up by contractors often enough to appreciate a man who falls behind as opposed to a man who does not care about his customer's time. Mike through out was easy to work with, honest, personable and someone I would hire again had I a chimney still.
