Job was done as explained. Professional crew. Clean up was done great. Overall we are glad we found this company on Angies List.

We had two problems: 1) Water in the crawl space when it rained that we manually pumped out and 2) open vents to the crawl space that we thought might be adversely affecting the radiant heating under our kitchen. When the crew came out to do the job, they proposed a solution to the water problem that was slightly different and a little more expensive than what the sales person had proposed. However, what the crew proposed is probably the better solution. All in all, the problem with the water is much improved since the work has been done, although some dampness still occurs. Regarding the heating situation, we're not sure if there's been improvement. The crew covered the vents to the outside but the look isn't great. Also we asked to have the crawlspace walls insulated but we haven't seen an improvement in the morning temperature in the kitchen which is above the crawlspace (the fault may be the radiant heating configuration). So we think we may have paid for something that's not making a difference. Overall we are satisfied but not thrilled. The crew was great, worked as hard as anyone we've ever seen. It was more expensive than we thought it would be.

My basement was flooded on 2 occasions during the 1st 5 years (2003-08) I lived here -- once during a torrential rainfall, and once after a major snowstorm. I have been very pleased with this company's work and results, and found its employees to be responsive, considerate and skilled. In spite of some record-breaking weather events these past 8 years, a few of which have caused the sump pump to activate, my basement has stayed 100% dry. (I have also been pleased with maintenance visits from Basement Systems USA every 3 or so years since original installation of the system.)

I like working with Dave, he is very responsive to my concerns. I dealt with him alot on the phone. Because they are such a good company, they are giving me great warranties. I like the workmanship of the job so far. The technician that came out found out that the motor in my sump pump was not working, he is very thorough. They would always keep me up to date on what was going on, when they would be arriving, and any new information regarding my service.

Our sump pump broke but we had been looking for a replacement anyway because it was so loud. Called around for pricing and Basement Systems USA had the best deal. I was impressed by their initial assessment of our basement and what we would need. They explained and demonstrated the need for the WaterGuard system and answered any questions I had. When they came in to do the work, they were very professional, efficient and friendly. We really hadn't used the basement much for anything but storage but now we can really use it! I highly recommend this company and their products!

Foreman Sean and his team did a great job on our basement he did a full mold remediation on my basement. Recently moved into a home with a serious mold problem all over the basement. I was expecting at the end of September and needed the work done before the baby came. Basement systems did a great job working within my time line and working with me on costs. The crew that came out was punctual and did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done. The air in the basement is crisp and very dry, no sign of mold whatsoever. Overall very pleased with my experience from the salesman, office workers and the foreman and crew themselves. I would definitely use them again in the future. I recommend this company to anyone needing work on their basement done.

We had several leeks in our basement over the years and decided to have it checked out. Jeff from Basement Systems came out and took a look and there was in fact several problems that needed to be addressed. After checking around for the best price we decided to go with Basement Systems and we were not disappointed, it has been almost 4 years and we have not had any water problems. This company was very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done to keep our basement dry.

From the beginning I met with the salesman David Ruth Ryan Who was very knowledgeable and respect and thorough in evaluating the problem that we had for years in the basement . We went with the high-tech humidifier that they have and boy what a difference it is making with the moisture problem we had for all these years In our basement . And the installation crew was fabulous very knowledgeable very respectful they put the little booties on their feet to keep the rug from getting all dirty and they were in and out in primetime they were on time couldn't say enough about the crew . Also got a follow up call from Pete the owner which I thought was very personal . I would recommend this company to anybody .

Not too long ago the rain had left us with a wet basement and we decided to give Basement Systems USA a call. I was truly impressed with Jeff Yentzer. He calmly explained the problem as well as giving us different options to fix the issue. Secondly, I was impressed with the installation crew. They showed up in a timely manner, were very friendly and fast! It took them all but 1 day for the whole job and they left the place cleaner than it was before. When the foreman showed us their work I was impressed with the quality of the concrete work, the drywall replacement and how clean the work area was. The way the treated our basement was as if they were waterproofing their own basement. A week after the work was done we had gotten a lot of rain that normally would have left about 2 inches of rain in our basement, but when we walked downstairs, fearing the worst, we were happy to find a completely dry basement! My wife said it was the best decision I ever made, besides marrying her of course! We are looking to refinish our basement soon and we will definitely be contacting Jeff and Basement Systems USA again.

The workers were employees not subcontractors the sunhouses didn't leak & brought in a ton of light & the millcreek flooring looked like real mahogany wood with even a grain feel they cleaned up after the job . The salesman had done a stand out job & explained the job in detail

The whole process was tremendous. I'm a carpenter by trade, and I can say I am rarely impressed by fellow tradesmen....but these guys are very impressive. First, they use very high quality materials....all the components are designed to work together and they seem durable and well thought out. The sumps I got are powerful and handled the big storms we've had like they're nothing. The salesman was incredibly knowledgeable and designed a great solution at a reasonable price. The job was scheduled promptly and the communication from the office was clear throughout the whole process. Then the installation team was on the ball...just a great group of guys. Sean, the foreman, knew exactly what to do, and did it well...supervised a quality job In a timely manner. They were quick, neat, and did a great install. The company is head and shoulders above the rest of the basement waterproofing companies I've ever worked with...and I'm so pleased I chose them to do my house.

Foreman showed up right on time, and was very personable. In spite of using a jack hammer, job was very clean with very little residual dust. Sump pump is VERY quiet. You could hear my last one running upstairs. The SaniDry is excellent! Even though I am using it in my shed, that moldy "shed smell" has gone away. I don't feel so bad about keeping my Harley in there now!

The installation process went smooth, the crew showed up on the day and time promised and the foreman did a walk through with me communicating the game plan while the rest of the crew set up their equipment. Since I didn't have a basement level entry door the crew made sure to not make a mess of the 1st floor as they went bout their work. I can't express enough on how courteous they were and how well they kept my kitchen and living room clean since they had to go back and forth a hundred times removing the debris and bring in tons of stone and concrete. Everything they had shown me in their presentation videos actually happened in my home. Now that we've had a few heavy rains I'm 100% satisfied with their system and my basement is completely dry. The musty smell is finally gone with the Sanidry air system in place and I highly recommend anyone who has any type of basement problems to use this company. Their representative actually showed up when the office said he would and even gave me a confirmation call himself so I knew I wouldn't have to wait around all day hoping they'd show up on time. After having 3 other companies come out for estimates he was the only one that was punctual and didn't give me a big story on how expensive the job was going to be but then drop the price because of some made up story. Getting my basement back to dry usable space has made my family so happy!!

The whole process with Basement Systems was very thorough and easy, from the moment we called, up to now. The installation went very well. The crew showed up when they said they would and the project only took two days to complete! There was no mess and the guys cleaned up after themselves. They even put down plastic to keep dirt off of our wood floors. Sean was the name of the foreman. He was very easy to communicate with and walked us through the whole process. The system is working now and the SaniDry has changed how the space feels, doesn't even feel like a basement any more! Now we are in the process of finishing the space to have for guests and it's so much more peaceful to finish a basement when you know it will stay dry.

The inspection and installation process was amazingly seamless. The crew knew exactly what had been proposed to me earlier and took great care of our basement and yard. The work was completed very quickly but with professional care. The system even recently had to work through all the rain and I have a dry basement now! This company is worth your time if you are in need of basement waterproofing.

Basement Systems USA is a great company to hire to have your basement work done by. The crew showed up on time and were very hard workers. After the job was complete they made sure to clean up their mess very well. The foreman answered any questions I had. Everyone I worked with at this company were very polite and easy to work with for my basement waterproofing.

The company took on an admittedly difficult task, involving removing the old sump pump, which was in an awkward location in a small landing with limited access. When they removed the old pump pit, I watched them fill the old location carefully, and then cement over it. The landing looks brand new now. The new sump pump required installing a new pipe through the foundation wall, which was then directed to drain in a much better way than our previous system. The basement waterproofing crew then dug out a channel along the basement perimeter, only removing a minimal amount of floor. We moved most of our furnishings and belongings out of the space, and covered the others with plastic drop cloth, because this process can be dusty. The workers walked me through the process at every step, and actually took time to teach me about how to control humidity and air quality in the basement. The waterproofing system was installed in a day, and then the following day, the team covered the system with concrete, resulting in a smooth finish around the inside perimeter. A battery back-up and flood alarm system were installed with the new sump pump. The team consulted on a design for fully improving the basement space, including work on insulated, mold-resistant floor coverings. Communication with the company has been quick, professional, and easy to understand. My wife and I are continuing to work with this company on another project because we have been so pleased with their efforts on the waterproofing and sump pump install.

Salesman/Inspector Pete Westera was on time for his appointment and understood our concerns and asked pertinent questions and made helpful suggestions. He also followed up through the process to make sure we were happy. The foreman Esteban was outstanding.He showed up on time every morning and communicated with us on what we could expect that day. The whole crew was extremely respectful and at the end of the day Esteban would stop by before he left to tell us what he accomplished that day. The other thing was how well they cleaned up after themselves every day. Recently, we had a plumber work in our basement and when he left and we were cleaning up after him I remember remarking I miss the way basement systems cleaned up. The best thing I can say about the work Basement Systems did is that my wife is happy! I know she is a picky customer and yet she is pleased.

Very Professional,covered all furniture and flooring with plastic.There was a lot of dust because they had to dig up a lot of concrete to install the french drain.Installed Triplesafe Pump System,Installed Super Sump pump system,Installed iceguard Installed Lawnscape outlet,Installed Sanidry ducts Installed WaterGuard sub floor drainage system.Cleanup was excellent ,superb work .Foreman Hoa?was outstanding.Don't know if I spelled his name right,hope you know who I am referring to.

The foreman showed up on time and explained to me everything that was going to be done that day and they cleaned up after they were finished. He then explained to me what the accomplished for the day and what was to be expected for the next day. they finished on time and were respectful. Now I have a dry basement.

They did a great job. So happy to finally have this completed. They where the only company that had all the solution for us.

It went amazing. The crew showed up on time and took care of explaining the whole process to me. They were very careful in my basement and being careful to ask questions before doing anything. I really appreciated that they got done earlier than they originally expected. The waterproofing has taken care of our water leaking issues and we haven't have to keep checking the sump pump to make sure its working.
