+ -1 moreStarted work 7/3/19 -- finished today 7/13/20. Issue was misdiagnosed (propane line was the problem) and replaced many things that didn't need replacing. I get that that can happen but then to charge me today an extra $100 to meet propane guy out here today (an hour late).....just unbelievable. Also was harassed by Debbie in office about me not paying my bill over the winter when the heater still didn't work. No apology for it taking a year to fix and misdiagnosing the issue. (And professionalism got a good because I had no issues with the actual repairman's professionalism - just the office staff.)

+ -1 moreI am happy to take my business elsewhere, but want others to be forewarned.
Description of Work: Pool opening was scheduled Monday 5/18. Aqua Sun called Friday 5/15 requesting to reschedule to Saturday 5/16. I could not accommodate because I was waiting on pool water to be delivered. Pool water got delivered early on Saturday so i called to let Aqua Sun know they could open the pool on Saturday provided they were finished by 3:30pm, to help alleviate their busy Monday schedule. I was told someone would call me back. I never received a call back, so I didn't unlock my pool fence gates, turn on electric or water spigots. Close to 3pm on Saturday Aqua Sun arrived at my home and I was preparing to leave. The crew leader was less than professional when learning they couldn't open the pool. I called the office and confirmed appt for Monday, although the office person was rude (the one who didn't ensure I got a call back). On Sunday they called and canceled the Monday appt.
